They had so many ways to end it neatly but they didn't use any of it. many things left unspoken. In ep 11 no proper conversation between Gene and Nubsib. Gene didn't want him to end the contract and wanted him to continue being an actor. He wanted to end things with Sib. but after 4 months he simply says that his contract has ended. no explanation. later they did meet again like nothing happened.
we didn't get to see the parents point of view after the press conference. they didn't talk much about Aey. but there're too many unwanted scenes in Ep 12. finally they're saying that Gene and Sib are not real but fictional characters.

If I could go back in time and not watch IPYTM, I would. It had a lot of potential, but it was just missing something. To be honest, IPYTM simply destroyed what ITSAY created.
People who liked IPYTM, talk about cinematography but what did it bring to the plot?

yes, When Gene said "I love you more than you do", It doesn't make any sense. what did he do to get him back?
Going against the whole industry and media aren't an easy task. I thought Nubsib's skilled enough to persuade the company to stay with Gene but in the end nothing happened. I wanted to watch Sib in action since Gene looked submissive. we got nothing from Sib.

yes, the first season was better than this one. This story sure has plot holes. overall, I only liked the cinematography, other than that it has nothing. Ep 1 was ok, after that I started skipping scenes because half of the series had only fillers and flashbacks.

at first I thought its a short series (3 or 6 parts). Sadly It ends here. I like when lovers play push and pull.

yes, except the last 10 minutes, the 2nd part's just a re-edited version of the 1st one. the plot is nothing new but I liked their strong acting.

Parents feel betrayed as soon as something is not the way they like it.
its an happy ending only if the parents are open minded otherwise its a sad or an open ending. In my opinion dramas should show how they fight back when their parents are being selfish. but you're right, dramas are showing different sides. lots of dramas or movies actually don't show their struggle and some of the injustices they face.

yes, why don't they go against their parents. In real life I see people fight for their love till they die. but still I liked this show.

I really liked the way you described about the characters. just like you said It looks like Its been filmed after a zombie apocalypse. sometimes I like when the main characters have no family or friends in a series. That way we can avoid seeing annoying people or boring side stories. after watching Once In memory, I tried to watch this, but I couldn't finish it. but still I want to know what happened to them. so I started reading comments instead of watching it.

you're totally right. sincere show with a good heart is better than tons of soul-less BLs.

I would like to recommend Once In Memory Love at first sight. you should give it a try. It has no product placement, no boring side stories and no weird elements. its a short film. you might like it.

He's really good in acting. Hope to see him more in the future.

The first part's told from Kong's point of view and the second part has the same scenes from the 1st one but its focused on Film's perspective. Its just a short movie divided into 2 parts.

I'm sure he likes Kong. because Film was desperately searching for him the whole day. so I don't think he was just playing with him.

Film wasn't saying anything in the first part and we didn't know what he was thinking at that time. this is way more interesting than the first one. That line "I'm not attracted to guys" didn't bother me at all. if he's not gay, he wouldn't have said that many guys try to flirt with him openly. its obvious that he likes guys. In my opinion he's only saying that he has never dated a guy before. so that means he's actually not a player. I really liked that part.
