i agree with everything you say but about the misogyny part, isnt it supposed to be seen as misogynist? i mean, you cant expect a stalker/kidnapper to treat their victims in a nice way.
not to be one of those people but like, since I know a Bollywood film that is kinda similar to this (mentally ill father who has the maturity of a child and his little daughter) but like, what about the mother?? i mean, it could be that the daughter is adopted or smth, but it's really creepy of the mother if the father whose mental age is that of a literal child impregnated a woman.
on ep 11 and as someone who has read the webtoon, this is like 90% faithful to it (i still like both of them, changing up is good, only for some cases though). i wonder what they'll do for season 2 since the story kinda just ends right here update: completed it! omg i love this and now im excited for season 2!
I know that lee da in directly enjoyed the riches from whole scam thing but she was a kid! it's not as if she did it! how sad are you all to tell him to divorce her?💀
Well I dropped this, lost interest, really. Was on the 4th ep and felt as if the story wasn't going anywhere.…
picked it up again and well, it's just as boring as it was. we're literally living in the golden age of toxic male leads being romanticised and it's digusting
I remember people having fan wars over this drama, like Han So Hee was a trash in this vs Song Kang was horrible…
you should read the webtoon! it is short and way way better than this and i agree (even tho i have only watched till 5 episodes, this feels like one of those wattpad movies or colleen hoover stuff but watered down)
update: completed it! omg i love this and now im excited for season 2!
