Ohh I get it. (Gosh some people are just blindly defending him lol) But as you said, the video is old, and I like to believe that people can change over time. Even in my own country, there's racism and colorism, and many guys and girls still don't wanna marry/date someone who has dark complexion. I used to be like that as well, but I educated myself. I don't know what kind of a person Wang Yi Bo is now so I am not defending him, but I just wanna ask, has he shown signs of change (not like, pretending, but actual, real change)?? I am not judging tbh, I have never judged any otaku or weeb or whatever you call it . I am just saying that many anime fans worship the series they like that they can go as far as to insult other people for their tastes which is very childish. That's it. I am an anime fan as well.

Hey no need to get offended (i apologise very much, it's certainly not my intention). I think loving smth and worshipping are two different things. Some anime fans always take it too far and go on as far as to say that they wanna be Japanese (same as kpop fans sigh) just because they love the industry.
