Since this drama was filed for a filming notice in Zhejiang and also underwent the review process there, the Zhejiang Provincial Radio and Television Bureau is the authority that reviewed and approved it.
In China, the company that files the drama must submit the filming notice and review application to the Radio and Television Bureau in the location where that company is registered.
