Personally, I love this! Sure I think 4 more episodes would make it slightly greater but I trust the director. A lot of us didn’t even know Brightwin before so… that makes no sense. I guess it just means we all have different tastes. For me chemistry is more important than romantic scenes. Its the chemistry that gives me butterflies. Junpyo and Jandi /shani and daoming shi , had a lot of scenes and made me feel nothing. I’d rather crave for more than be bored. I guess we can’t have it all.

I guess we all see things differently depending on who we are, where we have grown up, values, customs, role models, wealth, etc. Not sure. To me it didn’t feel this way. I know it’s just a drama but realistically it’s a lot more complex than right or wrong. Gorya and Thyme saw things from different perspective just like we are. This just proves how easily it is for two people to not see eye to eye. I don’t think either of them are right or wrong both just ranked things differently in terms of importance because of their circumstances.
She was petty but when you are filled with foreign emotions sometimes we act petty and mean. She doesn’t get it not because she is dumb. She doesn’t get it because it doesn’t pertain to her. It is something completely foreign.
Personally I love Gorya. To me Lita’s line showcased her privilege and ignorance. She doesn’t even have to try to be part of that world. While others no matter how hard they try will never quite fit in.

THIS. I was a bit mad at Thyme the whole episode because even I as viewer did not understand his intentions. He did not explain his plan and just said trust me, be patient. What does that even mean? It took me reading a comment to finally understand that he is doing what he is doing because he wants to get close enough to the family to build a business relationship without having to marry.
But every time he came back from an event I felt he was very shameless. Like are you kidding me. Were you feeling bored after a long day and wanted to come relax with the commoners. Your mistress point ties in perfectly to what I felt at this point.
I’m not sure if she did the right thing but it is what I would have done. I love her so much.
