This drama has been OK for me.

One thing that has been preventing me from enjoying it more is that none of the characters are likeable. Even the female detective is annoying.

The female lead is really annoying so far

Might as well finish it. LOL

The first 10 episodes were 9 - 9.5 / 10.

The last 2 episodes brought it down to 8 - 8.5.

Loved this show and hope there's a sequel!

Just a bit confused about the transition between Episode 9 and Episode 10. Ogawa brought Nagisa back to the past, but we didn't really see what she did there and how she managed to return to the future?

Loved the family aspect and the relationships between the characters

The mystery part was a bit lame though - what Aoi did to escape her husband and how the whole thing was wrapped up so easily in Ep 10

Aoi faked her death out of love for her husband (wanted to start afresh without getting him in trouble)???

Kind of frustrated with how passive the ML and Aoi are...

Why is the average rating so low??? It deserves at least 9 / 10.

Anyone else feels less sympathy for Tono than we are supposed to?

I mean, he recklessly chased after the criminal despite Kazama ordering him not to. And his reason for wanting to be a detective at all costs is ... meh.

He probably went into hiding

A few random thoughts after finishing the series:

- Satoh Takeru looks great with short hair and a tan

- Episodes 10 and 11 are tear-jerkers (especially Episode 10)

- Episode 12 wasn't my favourite, from a historical standpoint. Anyone else felt a little uncomfortable about the one-sided portrayal of Japan as having been "forced" into war and as the victims?

Everyone has already mentioned the impressive acting by the two leads.

Besides, I also enjoyed the cuteness of Yamaki!!

I really wanted to hear Fuyu no hanashi ...
