I'm a GenXer with ADHD and sometimes watch things at faster speeds. I watch most content at normal speed, but I usually switch to 1.25 for shows that dont engage me as much (GMMTV). I rarely watch shows at 1.5 unless I want it to end without dropping it. I noticed each younger generation that has been exposed to media are able to process faster and follow more complex content. For example my daughter can learn and remember much for complex choreography than I did in the 80's.
