Shi Yi is jumping into this situation like she would jump into a precipice with only her faith to save her. I…
I feel the same. I mean realistically this wouldn’t happen in real life. 😂 It moved way to quick and it’s clear she trusts him too much. I think that’s why we rooted for them in O&O, it’s because we saw them getting to know each other. Whereas with this, it’s like we came in with the expectation that things were just going to hitch off straight away. But the poor guy doesn’t even know his own past life. So if you look at it from a new lens of two new people meeting, they obv did things in reverse so the abruptness of developing feelings for their CP is also interfered. I find myself grinning cause it’s like I know their back story; but if you looked at it from their current lens, I feel the same way you do and the awkwardness is almost getting a little repetitive. Like, he called the shots to get married, why is she doing all the talking and building of their relationship? 😂 It almost doesn't sound like a realistic relationship, but I’m sure the ending will be fine, it’s just a slow start perhaps.
Please tell me I’m not the only one that cringes when they introduce English speakers/scenes in these shows 😂 also! I’d be impressed if their budget really allowed them to film in Germany.

Ahh, I haven't seen King's Woman, but I only watched Sweet Dreams cause of Deng Lun. He was the only reason I got into C-dramas after watching his movie on Netflix, haha! I don't think TLB did her justice, I didn't like the way they post edited that whole series. But I agree to some degree, she's just a pretty face no doubt.

I would've said the same. I didn't like her in her earlier shows like Sweet Dreams and Eternal Dreams, but I was acceptable of her in TLB cause you could see her mature there but really liked her in YAMG, she wasn't cringey to watch. She and YY were quite convincing.
In the book he figured it out himself. She made a lantern that is actually a puzzle. She learnt it from her teacher.…
Ahhh it was more or less like such. Minus the clinging onto him part, but she knew it was him that solved it and she went to ask him how he could solve it but he didn’t answer her. 😂
