I always believe there'll be redemptions or justifications for bad happenings or behaviour, etc. in any drama/movie or novel towards the end, otherwise it could cause public outrage, low ratings & bad reputation. I don't recall any which leaves an ending that has bad taste, immorality & vile ethos, as I believe any government would not permit that. Thanks for analysing & rationalising for some who may not be comprehending the storyplot, Nicole 👍 And as I've learnt from you (I'm still on ep 1), ML is in fact innocent, kind-hearted, in search of a cure for his beloved, cultivates & help the weak - reminds me of Robin Hood :)

@Nana, this is exactly what haters would say years ago when I casually browse youtube comments & you're a merely copycat of haters. Try bashing Ju Jingyi for instance I don't mind lol.

I'd got to know Angelababy since General and I, Ma Tianyu since All Out Of Love, even rewatched them. I pick dramas to watch only if I enjoy watching main leads. Funny how, I've never tried watching dramas with Ju Jingyi & Yu Shuxin in them being FLs. Maybe when I've more time end of the year to give them one more try :)

There're a total of 36 episodes, & it's only the beginning, not even 1/3 of the drama yet. You would expect redeeming arcs around 30th episode onwards. There're already censureship & episode restrictions in place, you'll wonder whether it's even allowed that there're no amends nor atonement for unethical & immoral behaviours. Give the drama a chance & watch till the end to make a fair conclusion :)

I don't find anything wrong with Baby & Ma Tianyu's acting, bashers who deliberately rate it low without even trying to watch are hateful, & green with envy that Baby & Ma Tianyu are simply beautiful. You know what, they're many other casts who're so much worse off, especially those with baby voice & too much reddish orangey makeup lol.

Me too. I only just realized that ZLS is Concubine Ma lol. I believe Untouchable Lovers is one of ZLS's early dramas & she really did well as the hated crazy obsessed Concubine Ma lol.

There's no pedo, no sex in Hidden Love when FL was a minor, it's merely natural infatuation almost every young girl would experience in the process of maturation. Pedo are dirty old men preying on young innocent girls. Stupid narrow-minded people needs reflection themselves lol, they need to travel & perhaps study abroad. Why don't they start criticising forced marriages for instance, in some Cdramas lol.

Has anyone checked out The Forbidden Flower, I can say after 1st episode I'd put it aside, that one is truly giving me goosebumps lol. I too am enjoying Hidden Love, can't find anything improper as puppy love is natural, "a common experience in the process of maturing". I only can think that this China writer (probably loner & unattrative with envy + bitterness) needs to experience and travel wide and perhaps take up Psychology to understand human nature better lol. It's puppy love for godsakes, not child bride or child marriage lol.

She's visiting him at the hospital & will be looking after him, probably after considering what is practical, she chose her pair of sneakers :)

It's likely that her severe skin issue has contorted her face & eyes lol, now that the Merman has saved her with miracles "energy crystals", she's her original pretty self rid of skin problems ;)

I don't watch dramas her being the FL, tried to, just can't continue, it's like sun glare hurting my eyes lol. I'm just passing by :)
