Maruneko, there's no other drama as enjoyable atm other than RoTF & TTEOM (at least for me), I guess we already sort of know the conclusion/ending, that towards the final arc, TTJ & YXW's relationship/marriage is sealed with a daughter, & that's a happy ending enough for us, nevermind the middle annoying bits of YBC lol.

To be honest, I don't like YBC, looks to me it's all pretense, her being kind & generous. In one of the episodes, when crows were attacking, she tried to persuade Prince Lin to stay by her side (selfish, right?), when Prince Lin told her to wait in the room, as he has to go out save others.

Yeah, I don't think she intends to kill him hence, she's trying to change his negative perpective of life & rid of his "evil bone". She believes that he's redeemable (the fact that he hasn't intention to do any evils or kill in that 500 yrs). Contrary to what she's instructed to do by her elders, "kill him before he turns evil", she's attempting to even "sacrifice" herself to save him. I guess both are already "very fond" of each other, even "subsconciously" falling for each other. Remember in ep9, both of them are interchangeably "sacrificing their lives", the lethal "world-alluring jade" swap. To "save" TTJ, YXW traded/swapped the world-alluring jade thus extracted to her eye from his 😆😆

I've just finished watching ep10, also trying to read the auto-translated novel but it's so exhausting I couldn't continue, it does not come with a flow, anyways ... What I understand is Ye Xiwu's seeking to comprehend that albeit TTJ has "evil bones" he did not turn evil in all those 500 yrs (could mean that he hasn't tendency to turn evil), he may have been "pressured" to turn evil for some valid reason. Hence ep10, she sought for the God of Cosmos Ji Ze for advice to destroy his "evil bone", to change the fate of TTJ, & reverse time to save the world from destruction. Now Xiwu is on her mission to find & unlock the 3 keys; dream, teardrop, thread. TTEOM is truly interesting, hope it's consistently so & producer to pick the happy ending🙏🙏🙏 Bailu & Leo Luo, they're good & they don't disappoint. Another 7.5 hrs to wait for 2 more episodes *sigh* they too need time to rest 😆😆

Aha! SML is finally taking an interest in our "new" YXW 😂 He must be regretting every moment for having rejected her previously & wed big sister instead. But then, "old" YXW was spoilt rotten & unlikeable 😂😂

Can't blame TTJ not feeling those emotions though as cruelty has become a ritual, he was always seeking answers to why he was treated unfairly & cruelly, even trying to imitate Prince Lin to be liked. I guess he wasn't even given a chance to learn & reciprocate to those good emotions. He was not loved, got shunned by his own Dad since he was born, being called "monster" & constantly beaten by bullies. He's slowly warming up to the compassionate YXW & vice versa. FL hasn't inclination to kill him (ordered by Dad & superiors lest cataclysm befall their realms) but to try "change" him, to prevent him from turning evil & mayhap fall in love with each other in finale episodes. Hopeful for a happy ending. I'm watching ep 7 atm :)
