But the actors, staff, crews, and even post production team are mostly korean. Dr Brain is korean drama actually. But Pachinko is like Minari. Its a co production. You can look at Arthdal chronicles and many major projects by studio dragon, its super expensive production and yes its absolutely korean dramas.

Eh really? Tving will go international? Thats totally great !!! Tving is always making mini series from 2021 and the story is pretty unique (look at monstrous, a superior day, dr park clinic, etc). I also hope that Wavve can go international too.

Like i said before, the modern days are totally different with the one we talked about. Ofc both countries in modern days, Korea and China also had some deals about government, politics, influences, etc with Japan. They are not close minded country like North Korea. But still, the history of bad blood remains there. The anti japanese sentiment is always there until today especially when korean made the japanese invasion theme for dramas or movies. They will portray what Japanese people did in Invasion era. How cruel it was. How inhumanity it was. Some people can move on but some people can not. Japanese today also need to understand why so many korean shows portraying their ancestors as world war criminal. Btw, in another comment section, there is japanese girl reacted about the reason Zhang Zhe Han was banned in China. She was so sad but also understand why China didnt like the actor visited the japanese shrine. Coz visiting equally honoring the japanese WW II Criminals. Yasukuni shrine was built to honoring that. Idk with apple, but for tvN studio dragon, they did the editing themselves in SK, i saw the crew credit list and the editor team is korean like the other korean dramas from national television (SBS KBS MBC). ALSO, For Netflix dramas, I also saw the editor team list is full of korean people. For example My Name, Squid Game and Sweet Home. Also the CGI effects from korean is much better than thailand. South Korea is full of talented people and Studio Dragon is one of the proof. The best in CGI is still Hollywood thou. If you insisted about ur opinion, then give me the solid proof like thailand studio name, link to credit list for editing team. All tvN dramas and Netflix are edited mostly by korean people (and some hollywood teams for netflix productions) in official credit list. Thats what the true fact. Plus I checked Pachinko credit list after the show ended. The staff and production crews are Korean and American including film editing staff. No Thai there. Even in Dr Brain there is no Thailand in credit crew list. Maybe your friend just edited one episode. Oh, you said what? SK is tiny? There is no lack of people and skills in Korea. They did the drama themselves. Korean dramas definitely is much superior.

Kisskh is like dramacool. And the LEGAL streaming platform for this drama is iQiyi. Not kisskh or whatever. Kisskh just follow the release date from MDL mostly. Idk if this april 26th is true. Coz chinese drama release date cant be predicted. Just wait for the actual news from iQiyi.

Ah yes its Canada. I just said USA coz in general, pachinko is a collaboration project between korean and american. Even though many american here is korean in blood :D

I am afraid this one will only release in China. When three major platforms will air the same drama like Beyond in last february. Its like government project. Thats why all three major platforms had obligation to air it. But Beyond didnt air internationally. It was just airing inside of China.

Yes agreed. For me at least, its not the best coz I have seen too MANY korean dramas for thriller crime and mystery genre. Korean is specialized in that genre (thriller crime mystery) besides romance. You can see Signal, Tunnel, Voice, Mouse, Beyond Evil, etc for korean thriller mystery masterpieces. But for chinese dramaland, TLN is a very good mystery drama. Coz its very rare to see c-drama that exploring murder case with this complicated and puzzle pieces. Also, another series, The Bad Kids and Under The Skin are very good for mystery thriller chinese drama.
