am I the only one who loved the kid scenes of the first episodes?? why so much hate?

a lot are disappointed by the ending different from WebToon or by the change in the last episode, but honestly I feel everything is amazing here, to me was nearly perfect.

a great movie in my opinion but an end like a drama where you expect next episode...

visually is stunning, the actors are great and overall could have been a little masterpiece but unfortunately the script is so and so too many times, so sorry they failed with the narrative of a good story.

Really good cast, it's serious and realistic in a dramatic way but can be fun too, as told before cast is superb so you can't really go wrong, probably not the best korean medical drama overall but surely worth watching.

seems someone has such small brain to went crazy just because I didn't liked this drama, sorry I will not change my mind, it's full of amazing dramas and no this is not one of them, it has something good just in the very beginning, but really a few, for the rest is a boring poor quality one, with a really idiot plot overall.

My God the Female character is so stupid amd incredibly egoistic...the first part of the drama is not bad but last episodes are totally a mess.
