Have a thought about this, but the position of junseo body was most likely suicide imo. If he was looking out from the building and someone pushed him from behind, he would fall face first; if they were fighting and someone threw him, his head would be on the side of his feet, and vice versa. No?
Or maybe I'm thinking too much and the director didn't care lol
In term of enjoyment, I actually have fun with this drama a lot
But ngl for a quite heavy drama, it lacks characters' backstory/growth tho, like I imagine the moment where Yoon "spare" Gwangil could be more heartbreaking if the story digs deeper into their connection in the past, also Heeshin as a love interest fell a bit flat despite all the "she was the first person who asked for my name" story. I guess the cut down from 20eps to 9eps explain that. Nyeonyi was the great part for me, even beat the FL's backstory
Despite that, if you like to watch cool action movie with good actors, I'll say, give this series a try. Most of the actors are great, they handle an emotional scene well then giving witty remark the next time, I like the pop music and the cinematography, also the fighting scene was all fun, especially the combo of Yoon x Nyeonnyi at the hotel fighting scene. If there's a S2, I wish to see more of them fighting side by side
Can’t shake this since last night, but IF by whatever means Hyunwoo’s father layoff couldn’t be prevented by Dojun and his mother died bcs of that, then the writer pulled “surprise there’s no other parallel universe, it’s always one” (+ ofc with clues here and there) like Hermione’s time turner clock, the ending could be a good mindfuck, but oh well
Tbh kdrama writers need to start ditching their "one last surprise on second last ep", it's happening since the middle ages era and it messes a lot of good dramas, rarely the characters could resolve everything in one ep
The ending was good. Am a shocked that y’all didn’t like it
I don’t think the idea is bad, but I would’ve love it if they explore more on last ep. Cooking up some real plan not old recording, mourning the life he lost as dojun, explain why he didn’t remember him dying like some trauma maybe
I kinda see the writer vision with the ending, but with how rushed they did it in one ep and made us sympathize with Dojun/Grandpa for 14eps, the should expect for many to be disappointed bcs story telling wise, it's a mess. Say if they put four extra ep, showing Hyunwoo's struggle of losing a friend/family bcs they don't know you and reminiscing his Dojun's life, then actually brought plan for him to take down Soonyang not just "hey I recorded the convo on the accident day" (but forgetting his death???), I could see it to be a fine ending
Yet, we got this instead. I would've loved if it ended on ep 15 when he went to museum too, closing it with question "do I take revenge or I become your grandson instead?", a tribute to his development
I would be so devastated and bawling for a week straight if I was waking up as Hyunwoo on last ep, imagine living 20+years of life, making new friends/family and achieving revenge, only for it to be a "dream"
Honestly, my heart goes to Dojun's mom, girl just want to stay away as far as possible from the toxic family and keep her own family safe, but anw still got her child killed in two lifetimes
Compared to TDJ, I actually like this one a lot more. Yeah it was kind slow at first, but it feels like they guide you through the case and build up the suspense/mystery on each episode, then boom, here we are on ep 8, more and more cards on the table, along with the surprise
I really really love the interaction between the two leads, how Han Yeojin brought that (sometimes not so subtle) emotion in Shimok, it's beautiful. I wish he would say that he liked her, not romantically per se, smth like he was fond of her presence
This drama is good and funny in hysterical way. When Dahyun said, "The first time is always the hardest," there's nothing frightening and I laughed out loud instead lol
My thoughts exactly on LJG. I really wanted him to play in something darker again after loving his performance…
The premise sounds good actually ngl, but yeah I didn't expect this is the drama he gonna pick, I guess it's also bcs the writer persuaded him quite well the second time. I would love to see him in another drama like Criminal Minds (but with better script, bcs for me that drama was all over the place), or maybe a semi-medical drama, we haven't seen him in one?
I truly, truly admire Changhee here. When his father said nothing, sometime nitpick, without trying to understand the everyday burden he carries, Changhee is the only one who accompanied him after his mother death, having breakfast and working on the worksop. As he said, when he was nothing but being kind to people (even to the one he dislikes), isn't that worth "you're doing good today"?
Apart from the Kim Hee Woo (ML) and the Cho Tae Seob none of the other main cast as well as the supporting cast…
I was so sooooo expecting of Minsoo because we heard Heewo thought about him being smart and cunning and he wasn't on his previous life, he could be the villain Heewo never know about or someone who was back from the death too or anything, but yeah we got nothing.
I was expecting of Ms. Han too, bcs personally I think she and Heewo had lot of potential chemistry, not in romance, but smth along a partner in crime or Heewo trying to convince her to switch side and her with the inner conflict.

I should be doing this now for Dojun
I hope he's content with his choice.
