I don't know how some people could judge this drama as not good or being stupid just by watching 2 or three episodes…
Exactly I was reading a review today that I just had to rebut because biased and ridiculous the whole thing was. This is what it said. "Other reviewers find this to be a good drama but unfortunately, I totally disagreed. May be is because I expected more from these well-known actors.
What can I say about the 3 episodes I've watched so far?.....I am searching for the the right words to describe, but this is all I can came up with...... "This is a really stupid drama"....... The story, if there is one!!! is stupid. The acting is really stupid. Even the dialogues are stupid....
If this is a comedy, it is not funny. If this is a drama, it lacks performances. If this is mystery, the excitements are missing. If this is a romance, I have not even got to that part yet.......So far, It is nothing but childish mischiefs and absurdity.
It is painful for me to watch any further, but that is only my opinions"
Usually the first 2 episodes sets the directions where the story is going....... I had watched 4 episodes, But,…
I already explain and you are disregarding what I stated because you are going to be the fact that you by only watching 3 episodes (as stated in your review) that cover the beginning of the novel. I said the first 4 episode is to set an understanding of CSS. This includes understanding her relationships and the people in her life. It seems to me that this is a you problem of having no patience or this show is just not for you. This is similar to the story of minglan (same author) slow-building pace (as she has a distinct style of writing). This story is more dramatic as she will leave her family to go off to the palace. You can not properly judge a show based on four episodes especially a show like this. Zhao Lusi is a very good CSS as for Leo Wu I have to wait and see. So far I am impressed as are a lot of people who know the book. I've seen all the episodes out and to me, it just gets better even making good changes from the novel. Is there a chance that they fail at this adaptation, yes but so far so good. If it ever does start going as terrible as you claim I will tell the truth but for now, I'm happy.
Episodes 7 and 8 were funny as hell but episode 6 is still my favorite. CSS asking her mother if she has two loaves of bread and one person is famished and the other half full who would she give the bread to hit me hard. And Cheng Song being the best big brother.
This is a bad review Future people, This is a story about a girl who was left behind at birth. She was not taught well by her evil aunt she doesn't even know how to read and write. she never had anyone to teach her properly and her antics are how she protects herself. She will grow as this is a coming-of-age story she is also 14-15 at the beginning of the story. There is humor in the plot but the story IS NOT A COMEDY, and as the story goes on things slowly get more complicated. You can not judge a show based on three episodes of Misconceptions. The first 4 episodes are to understand the family dynamic and why CSS acts and does the thing she does. from episode 5 Things pick up and in episode 6 the leads meet. This is a story about Cheng Shao Shang how she grows and how she gets involved with Ling Bu Yi not the other way around.
This is what it said.

Like how to judge a drama just like that.
