It has it's light moments but is definitely still dark. Normally I too just get bored with too much politics but our fl is just such a great and strong character 😭. She has went through sooo much but instead of just sitting and mourning she is trying to fight against the evil in the palace. Also the grand princes and their relationship is soooooo damn adorable ❤.
But if you're looking for a fantasy kind of drama then maybe you can try
Missing: the other side (not a lot of romance) the second season too will be airing soon. It's one of my faves and just like this and MPUB it'll give you lots of tears🥺

I mean people today tend to like more badass females or so cause apparently they have more 'depth' which honestly is bs. A character which is sweet and nice to people isn't weak or boring. To care for people in today's toxic society where no one really cares for anyone(even family at times) is quite empowering to me.

I guess one of the examples of not an annoying 'modern badass woman' would me fl of Bad prosecutor.

Some people's idea of feminism is treating men lije shit and abusing them. They fail to understand hating men is not feminism🤦‍♀️

Yess a one of the reasons I don't LOVE it's okay to not be okay. The fl was abusive at times. And the way she said certain things wouldn't be considered romantic it the ml did it so idk what to say. To me she is a person who needs therapy.

Also the fl in Cafe Minamdang literally hits him several times and ig that's empowering and 'funny'
