What I’m about to say as a huge Kim Seon Ho fan is painful. But please hear me out.KSH delivered so did the…
I am also big KSH fan. KSH and FL already did the heavy lifting for the first 10 episodes. Normally I agree with you, but I think one nice thing about the slowness of the last two episodes is that it allows our mind to digest and translate what just happened in the previous 10. I would not deduct points for that. It’s like after eating a heavy meal, you need that mint to cleanse and refresh ur senses.
Watching 2nd time. The whole after six episode switch actually happened earlier in ep2 when she was waiting outside the rain at his house. She actually did blanked out so there was plenty of hints earlier on.
i am curious why FL didn't use the translation app while talking to hiro like she was using at first while she…
I think the fact they didn’t use an app to translate makes it more interesting. You have to try to translate through emotions, body language, instinct, etc. language in not the only medium
I’m so confused! what happened in ep6 end? I mean why?
That’s why the title is can this love be translated ? Sometimes love is not straight forward and take time and multiple re thinking about it to be understood.
I finally finished after 3 sittings. With this drama, you need time to let it settle to truly understand and appreciate everything that happened. I would say the story was in 3 parts and each part takes time to digest and enjoy it. It’s not meant to be a straight translation but that one that takes time to understand and enjoy.
I am a big KSH fan and having to wait like 5 years for him to come back to rom com. The 12 episodes have been a blessing. Treasuring each one and enjoying them slowly. He also said that in his interview, he’s been working so hard and looking forward to his work finally been viewed
For the people who complain ep 7-8-9 went downhill and became too draggy. I actually think it was a great twist and help to make the drama more interesting. We seee more dynamic interaction between two leads to develop their chemistry even more. Loving it!
half way through episode 3. I get why some people say this is not a comedy. I think you have to watch it slowly and not fast forward it to understand what it's really trying to convey. I like its not another cliche romance drama but tries to dive a little deeper to show us the darker side of celebrity culture.
For everyone complaining about Gaon, you have to realize that his stupidity is needed for us to really understand that "law is powerless in front of power". We need Gaon as a character and all his mistakes and changing mind to appreciate what is happening here. I think a lot of people rushed to judge the drama that it's full of holes and not logical need to have more patience. Episode 15 answers all the questions we had and really show the brilliance of the writer for this drama.
