Ended up really enjoying this. No drama is ever perfect but overall it has good acting, is beautifully shot and…
I would suggest The Untamed. Although it's a bromance. It checks all other points. Good cast.. good action.. excellent cinematography.. great plotline.. amazing chemistry.
This was cute.. made me smile throughout. Simple plot with a lot of fluff. This was like a palate cleanser after watching too emotionally heavy and complicated plot twist dramas.
I guess I'm the only one who enjoyed this. lol. It was a decent BL with a cute main cp. Imo it became uneventful cz the main couple communicated their problems rather than falling for tricks.. which is a way to build a healthy relationship. Also having a career where one has to sacrifice their personal life is a real reason for breakups. Some people can handle their partners in these careers.. others can't. I don't think Fah's ex was wrong for breaking up.. and I'm glad he found Prince who understands and supports him.
I liked both MekMark and JoongDunk. Hope to see more from them.
For me the first half was pretty average but the second half of the show was total waste. Story just didn't progress at all. They dragged it for 15epis still never got to the main story point.
But What a disaster was this ending!! The last two episodes felt totally disjointed from the rest of the show. I'm guessing covid messed up with this since the ep14 was entirely phone conversations. Still they could've given a better conclusion. Like did Simai found out the truth? Did Phob give Eak a chance?
Throughout the other loops Tin was saving everything but the last loop showed if he hadn't met Tol he might've been a villain in this story. Love that concept. Really need a SingGap storyline. A movie.. a special.. a season2 anything would be fine atp.
I love timeloop dramas and this one didn't disappoint.
Lukchup took the advice "the way to a man's heart is through his stomach" way too literally lol the couples are cute even tho the story gets irritating in second half.
A great drama. I'm really into Time Travel/Dream dramas rn and this was done right.
Now coming to the details.. I liked 2011 part better for romance. ML was so sweet and both the main and side cps were cute together. Imo 2011 story made much more sense than the 2022 romance. It's weird how she just falls in love with a friend/enemy just after for a dream but then again it's a drama lol. But Can we talk about the ridiculous character arc for ML when FL wakes up from coma?! Like it's one thing to "not confess because he was scared" but the way he berated FL because of his own insecurity left a sour taste imo. Other than that I liked the 2022 story as well. Definitely not boring.
I'm living for all the cameos! The best thing about Taiwanese BLs is you never know who'll make a guest appearance…
Now for the series. Like most people enjoyed everything except ep10&11. That was unnecessary. I loved LiGong from beginning but his character took a weird turn. I mean since beginning LiGong kept saying *I'll always be by your side*.. yet the first problem they face as a couple and he fleds away without even discussing it with ZeShou. Not to mention that LiGong was the one who started the relationship quite unilaterally then ended it unilaterally as well. Like dude take the other party's opinion too?! That seemed a bit out of character of him. The other character I hold a grudge against.. ZeShou's dad. He made a whole scene about being against their relationship yet when LiGong walks out he's the one preaching his son to hold on to his happiness?! Wasn't ZeShou doing it already?! Why did you go and mess it up in the very first place?! Anyway all's well that ends well. Glad he (the dad) did apologize. Also the main couple are so cute together. They give me diabetes too (refrence to the other dad. Lol.) Second couple are alright but didn't steal the show. It was a good watch tho. Rating.. 4/5 maybe.

One of the best dramas. Kept me hooked from the very first episode till the last one. It's no surprise that it's based on a novel. Chinese Novel timeloops are always on another level. I've read a few but this was my first time watching a drama based on it. I hope more success to this drama so other scifi novels can be adopted as well.
Wow this was surprisingly good. Tbh I had very low expectations from this but the acting was good.. the story is decent.. characters are good.. and it's actually very funny. Yes It's cringy but by the end I started enjoying the weirdness.
I came here after getting disappointed by some new BLs but this was better than them. Why isn't this more recommended?!?!
The main cp is so cute!! But why did they put all the final scenes in opening credits. Like I got most spoilers from there.. Bei Sheng's red shirt fall and Zheng Yi's gold medal. Smh.
