the series is good, but the film version is edited/directed/produced SO MUCH better!! we get a clearer storyline…
Thanks to your comment I checked out the movie version.. it's actually better than the series. They seriously took out all the important scenes in the series version.
This is the longest BL drama I've watched and I still didn't want it to end. This drama really exceeded my expectations. I thought I'd only enjoy the BL parts but loved every character. The story.. the conflicts.. the drama.. the character growth.. and their friendships. All side couples were so cute. PS. Is it too late for a season3 with PerWin as leads? I wanna know their story.
Wow! This is so good. Even tho it's short.. the story.. the chemistry.. the acting.. the production.. everything seems on point. Hope they could pick it up as a full length series. I think this drama has so much potential.
Am I the only one who didn't hate this series? It's not the best thing out there but it's not horrible either. Yeah there are some problems but it felt like any other cliché teenage drama.. since I happen to like that genre, I wasn't mad about this.
Idk if they were high while making this or am I high watching and enjoying this. It's 3am here and I just watched them get on a spaceship at the end. It was a good watch tho.. not the best thing but different.
Definitely Recommended. This was a great watch. It's not BL focused drama nor does it tackle any BL stereotypes. It felt more like a general story telling where the male characters just happen to like another male character.
Moving to story.. I loved the story and it didn't feel dull at any moment. I love how there's a twist at every next moment but the twists do not overwhelm you. All characters are enjoyable.
The only complaint I have is that it's not long enough. Because it's too short, the ending seemed a bit rushed. I wanted a little bit more time with the main leads to connect with them better. I wanted them to explore their feelings more. Also there's so many questions left unanswered. Honestly can't wait till the second season coz I feel like this story has a lot of potential.
Suggestion: if you found this drama confusing or full of plot holes.. do rewatch it. Trust me all of it will make sense. . . . . Honestly I'm so surprised by the amount of bad reviews on this drama. I watched it 4years ago.. yet it's my favourite kdrama till date. And I've watched a lot of kdramas after it. The thing with W is that they didn't explain every plot twist in the drama.. but if you watch it slowly or think about it again, all of the plot holes can be explained in the drama itself. Personally I liked this about W but I understand that it leads to a very very confused audience. All the being said.. it's a great drama once you understand it.
It's a very very bizzare start. Tbh the first few episodes seemed so bad that I wanted to drop it but I didn't. And the way this story did a turn around.. by the middle of it the drama became "interesting" and by the end of it the plot started to make sense. I was glad that I finished it tho. They should've done a better job.. I think the story in itself had a great potential but a bad execution. Tldr: Bad start good end. PS. I watched the whole thing on 2x lol
