Is Season 1 a good enough stand alone season or do I need to watch season 2 as well?

I see ,so then I'll have to wait. Can't afford to watch a season that brings back the leads to square one 😂

Overrated but loved the setting. The romance was okay... The plot was okay ...the cast were really good. Other than that this is just another drama. Although there is character development , I don't really think it deserves such high ratings.

Not to disappoint but Mr. Queen is still her best work however her acting in Angels last mission is anything but second rate. She is indeed very very versatile.

I can clearly say that after 73 episodes ... You'll feel like ,you were a part of their journey. What a drama! ..bravo! Not a single cast member failed. Not a single sub plot boring. Not a single character annoying (as in poorly developed). Thank you for the great journey!

Well, that suqs... Anyways been watching some cdramas instead ,cuz K-dramas these few months haven't been too great. Watch long ballad cdrama, if you haven't yet watched it. It's totally worth it. Even if it's 49 episodes long. I especially loved the OST and even the rest of theme songs were bang on. Trust me , you won't regret it.

The reason for season 2 is to continue the story. Even happy endings can have another season :)

The ending is a happy one but it's not the end cuz we are gonna have a 2nd season soon.

Romance is a sub genre so go fish. No love triangle. For your third question , well it's some where after mid-season. No misunderstandings and no breakups. As I said ,this is not a romance drama. If romance is not within the 1st two top genres that the drama represents ,then 90 percent of the drama will not be about romance

Sometimes ppl don't wanna think alot and just want the plot to be obvious so there's no point in trying to get someone to watch this. Tbh I won't be able to watch another one of this in a row cuz it makes me think a lot and I don't really like doing that. It's a good drama tho but with a abrupt ending with no conclusion to the secondary leads lives so.... Yeah .... It's like that.

Romance isn't the main focus here , though it does play a big role on explaining certain actions performed by leads. If you are watching this for the Romance ,then skip it. If you're watching it for the detective kinda stuff then ,this is your cup of tea. For your second question, it's basically one large mystery with sub mysteries all leading to it. P.S both the first leads are young and probably don't want to be so intimate on screen which is understandable.

Drop it now and come back when you feel like giving it another try. Don't force it. It becomes a chore watching it ,even if it's a masterpiece.

Ah, the male lead is kinda meh but well that's because the other cast members are fun to watch. Honestly ,I'm watching the next season for the story line. The push and pull romance ain't that bad and it doesn't get boring for some odd reason. Idk why. Don't watch it again tho... Season 2 might come at the end of the year or early next year so you could binge watch season 1 when season 2 releases.

It's called push and pull romance. It's kinda interesting though. But that's subjective. Probably the writer is a sadist ...lol

There are so many flaws but if you continue watching it with an open mind and heart ,you'll find it interesting. I came to enjoy it cuz of the push and pull romance. Basically the whole drama was centered on this. There's really nothing special except for the Alien stuff. Though it's kind of gimmicky. Anyways I still enjoyed it and can't wait for season 2.
