it's been some time since I completed a drama. previously, I had tried multiple times to be committed enough to finish a few dramas but alas most of them got away. This was one of the few that didn't get away. It's story was refreshing. the side characters were well.. kinda meaningful. And the pacing was alright. the ending was kinda meh but okay enough to be entertaining. I liked the new approach of actually showing the scenery of what war does. it let's the audience actually feel the emotions of war. I hope that other dramas do this too. Anyways, it was good drama worth my time. A solid 9.0 from me

Moon lovers actually had a happy ending. Director effed it up cuz at the time a sad ending was more well in line with trend ... you know what I mean. Sad endings normally generated more reactions/mentions. Nowadays sad endings are just depression asf. Lol probably because 2011/12 was after the recession. People at that time were more happy I guess and the demand for depression was higher 😂

Any word of season 3 and the release date?

Really? I can understand though. I kind of watched this because, I had watched most of everything that was ongoing at the time. Right now I'm in a drama slump so... yeah, disappointing. Fortunately, I've moved on to watching donghua and reading mahnwa

Man, why did the cover photo give me 'Moving' vibes

The last 3 episodes made me sick.🤢 Why? Well, simple answer is that it was highly unnecessary. The whole premise, story and everything that was encapsulated in the last 3 episodes was an utter brain fade moment for someone in the production team. This was clearly a 8.5 until the 33rd episode. What made this show special was it's beautifully choreographed fight scenes. But the end left me with a bad taste. It wasn't mediocre but a down right joke and not a funny one at that. A disappointing 8.0 from me. I'm tempted to give it a lower rating but I have to give it to the first 33 episodes. Man, I wished I could get those men in black techy to erase my memory of the last 3 episodes.

I enjoyed the first few episodes. Really got me hooked. As it continued, the story became predicable and well.. it lost it's most intriguing aspect. The mystery. Until episode 34, it was good with good pacing. 35 onwards, the pacing got messed up and it was less enjoyable. At the end, it felt anticlimactic and disappointing to say the least. The subplots overall made the show good and the main plot just degraded it. At the end the MCs got gobbled up by the main plot's nasty story telling. However, it's still a solid 8.5 for keeping me hooked until the very end.

Awkward romance, but I like it. The chemistry is off, but I like it. It's not perfect but I like it. why? because they don't mess around with fillers. It's like "I love you" .."okay, next" quick, simple and to the point. Just finished episode 20 and so far so good.

first kdrama that started out 18+ and gradually became pg15 🤣😭. The bed scenes starting from episode 3 have been significantly cut down. I guess public opinion really hit the production team hard. It's kinda sad that GoT can do it but kdramas can't. Text book example of different markets, different culture.
