I accidentally stumbled upon this one and I'm so glad that I did, because it's a 10/10 in my book. The synopsis on MDL doesn't do it justice though, it's a thriller/mystery that leans into makjang, plot-wise kinda gave Doubt. I need Jang Seungjo in more dramas, it's criminal how underrated he is; dude was acting like rent was due ππ»
some korean journalists. namkoong min called one of them out on his instagram to first watch a few episodes of the drama and then call it his flop drama if she can
we couldn't have gotten a better ending than this one! you reap what you sow. I'm really glad they chose a conventionally attractive ML to portray that even men like that can be abusive (both mentally and physically) and how manipulative they can get just to abuse you again. it was also nice that they've shown that abuse can literally happen to anyone; regardless of age, looks and gender. all in all, it was a solid 9.5/10 for me.
ps. if you're looking for a romance drama, this ain't one
I was on the fence, should I watch it or not, considering the comments left here, but I listened to my intuition and watched it. It was a quite enjoyable watch, a solid 9 for me. It would've been a 10 if it weren't for the Yook Ryong plot.

I'm amazed by how much thought went into this drama, the small details like that one are absolutely crazy!!! it's pure art through and through!
