LOL i think she just had crush on him about how he treated her before marriage when he was dating another girl.he had goodness in him he treated her very nice and helped her in taking away her fears like seeing dead body, bunjee jumping ,eating fish etc. So yea, he never loved her , they got into love less marriage, where it was one sided. FL realised that she will never gonna get same love from him so they got divorced. I think his mom death( he really admire his mom strength) and that breakup from his gf changed him a lot which why he doesnt want to remarry right now. I still think they dont love each other.

Kid is adopted, that food throwing scene they actually deleted whole scene from the show about why he did that, apparently it was because that day he had his first failed surgery , he didnt wanted to upset FL so he threw food in trashcan which i find rude and stupid .

Answer is NO, he still not sharing real problems with her, FL is also got angry on useless things🤣 , they again broke up for good , reason ML thinks he doesnt deserve family and he will hurt her again with his bad habits , FL wants healthy relationship so she just respected his decision to stay friends only. 🥲

Its all superficial useless things she's getting angry on like proposal, wedding photos,she should be angry on him about why he doesnt love himself, why he's afraid to show emotions or share any thoughts to her but instead she is getting anger on superficial things. I think they are not connected on deeper level, thats why they are still not in LOVE.

For example He sees caring as "baby sitting " he told her not to make him dinner anymore which ruan took it another way and got angry left dinner table 🤣🤣🤣what they need is serious talk about how they want to approach their relationship.

choi ung is best boyfriend standard. That story also has break up and reunion. Couple became better version of themselves. There was understanding between them, also dialogues from couple was so sweet Choi Ung:

There seems to be trend in dramas to portray female lead should be cheery,goody two shoes like she should always be understanding, should be highly idealistic,while male lead should be perfect male god with exceptional IQ lover boy which in reality doesnt exist, it has lots to do with catering to fantasy genre for audience to escape from reality. i guess more writers should write flawed characters which are Relatable to audience.

In novel Yes they have twins together one boy and girl. In the end they really were together as sweet family.
