Bit of lazy writing on few fronts.... Even how some of the support casts are put on....

Hi fans correct me if you think I am wrong. This is not your standard script....

I think from watching Shen Yue & CZY have much better chemistry at a friendship level rather than romance drama level, that's my feeling from what I have seen.

I know they are following a script but unlike say ALSB or Meteor Garden were it was SY chasing HYT or Dylan Wang chasing SY, this drama is more friendship for me.... I know it will build to Romance but I don't mind the friendship angle, actually works good

This is kind of role that really wins over the audience. I am currently watching 3 dramas, this one best of the 3 by far with character building

My honest let downs for him in the past is ability for producers not to build him into a storyline. This is already better than to Fly with You.... Character he played wasn't likeable for me, this one he is an underdog from EP1 building bond with Gina Jin, I like that, building bond with his roommates

But hey that drama received excellent reception so my opinion. Ole to Joy 3 the script was bad, no fault of any of the cast

Shen Yue mother in this drama could pass for the gorgeous roommate best friend

I have never been a fan of Wang An Yu, finally a character building script & an experinced female Lead. Does have promise

You can just watch this 36 ep drama, will have all complete chapters. Zhao Lusi chapters are 1-14

This is probably a drama to test the waters. See what the reception will be.

It's telling the story of 3 generations

I have watched 2 Episodes. Honestly not bad, this is exactly what I have been waiting for so long to see out of Wang An Yu, only taken like 3 Dramas.... Gina Jin perfect, who cares about age gap, only way developing male leads is giving them experienced Female leads

unless your name is Zhao Lusi

you know what the main problem here is.... They rely too much of cuteness by Esther & Li Jiaqi.... hey both ladies are gorgeous & have proven it in the past and this drama however when you have weak dialogue, the cuteness will fade away....

I still give credit to the 4 Main Leads for carrying this drama as far as it can possibly go with some of the weakest dialogue I have seen in a while.

I fear could be the other way around. Quantity instead of Quality....

IQIYI strange move releasing all episodes at once. Surely they love monthly subscriptions. I hope not the case where releasing all because they dont think the drama is good, i have full faith in your theory possibly trial of new trend. I had a look at other dramas released same time, funny I came up with no conclusion.

However 29/09 I will be watching :-)

You need to give credit to the 4 main leads in this drama....
This is a very basic script, nothing really that exciting or spectacle about it however its the acting and brilliance that is keeping people from dropping it and giving the audience a fun viewing. If this what the producers intended, absolute genius'

I havent seen much from him either, I tend to be picky with the stars I like watching.... I am hoping last 8 episodes he can leave us wanting more....

Of course.... Meant it all in compliments for the males.... especially Neo....

Zhao Lusi I think has taken the crown as #1 Female Lead in C-Drama, everything she touches turns to GOLD.... This drama isnt the Masterpiece like LLTG or WRTW however this is still a solid performance from Zhao Lusi.... Which other actress can make this drama solid like this?

Neo isn't the status of a Yang Yang or Leo Wu, however very impressive, very likeable. What can I say? ZHAO LUSI does it AGAIN!

IQIYI have watched it in advanced.... Could either be really good or not that great, we will soon find out aye. Staying positive of course just confused

Hi, I have had exchanges with Butterfly however problem solved. I have blocked that user. BF claims I have followed GJ from FSMM to this page, I haven't posted on that page for months, once YBJ & Wang Hedi left that production I lost interest. It's OK for him to attack actresses like YBJ & this drama WXY but expects no response back. Problem solved no so no reason for us to interact anymore.

I am looking forward to this drama. GZT is one of my favourite Actors & being paired with WXY for me is exciting. I don't wish to have toxic discussions with others, I actually just want this drama to soon Premiere because this is a special cast they have assembled plus I have read the novel & prequel so very excited.

I keep hearing & seeing on social media that people will only be watching this drama from episodes 1-14, Zhao Lusi & HMH chapter....

I wonder if this is an indication of the dominance Zhao Lusi right now has over C-Drama. Everything Zhao Lusi touches turns into Gold
