if you need to compete with 5th gen then they need both talent and visual having either wont work atleast for this past two gen (4th and 5th) where all the members in band are visual the standard of having handsome face with talent has went way too high and if you go just by talent being popular isnt easy thats where it creates the difference there's so many talented trainee but the standard is different
