Did you finish though? He at least did a good thing in the end 😅
haha yes I did. I wrote the previous comment while watching the last episode. He did do good, but his previous actions infuriated me so much. If only he was there when needed, others wouldn't have to go through so much. TBH, I wanted him to live too. In a perfect world (for me), he is somewhere remote with the first kid he saved (I forgot the name, he was shown so less😅) teaching kids martial arts, and Goodeok and our storyteller as they were at the end by the sea with her father and the rest of the family. It was still a good ending.
I really despise the real husband Seong Yun Gyeom, so much. Like, I know you have your reasons but you were there all along in the capital when your wife, whom you yourself wanted to get married to (as a form of shield or whatever) was being punished and tortured and accused of your murder, and your own brother was going through shit yet you decided not to show up. All your wife has ever done is good to you and your family, and it's not like he didn't know her past. Like, the dude doesn't have a single spine unless it's for his selfish reasons. (I do acknowledge that his selfish reasons were for the betterment of young kids who had no space in the country at that time, and that is a good deed, but you cannot be selective with your responsibilities, especially when your family needs you.) Good deeds don't excuse neglect!
This season is boring and draggy with unnecessary drama. I remember watching season 1 and binging without a break, for this, I've already taken 4 breaks. I don't want to drop it because I've watched 90% already and don't want to give up now, but this is bad.
Even without a very dramatic story, this drama just works. It's enjoyable. The cameos were an amazing treat, they had me smiling a lot, but it did make me want another Hospital Playlist!!!!!
Okay so who is pheobe? because when i google, that name pops up as Solomon's GF but I'm on episode 6 of this season and she has not been mentioned. Have this adaptation changed Pheobe to Naomi??
episode 66 and I cannot help but be creeped out by the emperor. I like this drama but this particular plot of him being interested in Fl's sister is very cringe. I know things used to work like that in historical times but still it's so difficult to watch that!
I really wanna watch it but I've heard it's very emotional and sad and might have a sad ending. Is it true ???
I dont know about the sad ending, but its not sad in a depressing way, atleast not for me rn(i just finished the first 4 episodes) but in a, makes your heart happy, feel all the emotions kinda way ( if that makes sense)
it was not bad but not that interesting as well. Their relationship development was so little only a bit during the last episodes. One thing after watching this drama is I need more pictures with my parents and more memories. The mother and daughter scenes were very heartwarming.
This is a season you would watch, but it won't be very memorable. It's just 'meh.' Things do happen, but the story doesn't feel like it progresses much over these seven episodes.
Just finished this drama and controversy aside, the last two episodes were kinda boring me out. the plot of him going to this Argan country felt unnecessary and draggy. The first 10 episodes are good but the last two are really flat.
Not many ghosts, but pretty balanced overall. A perfect balance of comedy, romance, and ghost-shaman plot. It's a fun, cute, light historical fantasy.
