I feel the same; script writer got it all backwards. The supposedly good guys are the ones you have to watch out…
she doesn’t cause at the pavilion when CGH was revealed to be masquerading I thought she’d have so many questions and be like what the heck is going and why he’s dressed like that. Instead she wanted a peace treaty between them🙄

Yup. Kts just a matter of time. Cause when Rui asked what his plan was for when the wanted to sen up Li. He told Rui somethings are better for him not to know to keep him safe. I screamed bullshit😅! Cause I was like you need him to keep ticked away and controllable. Honestly this isn’t even a NH thing anymore. CGH is hell bent on collecting enough power to do God knows what it is he’s doing. He scares me especially his eyes. They seem sinister almost. Like something is bad is hidden behind it

Oh of course. That was evident during the meeting when she was asking for less line. Like girl you wanted to be famous but now you’re a Z list actress no one knows and you’re being picky! Thatvtrait even shines as she’s living in the story. Her wanting to take an easy way out and not looking at the full picture just a piece of what’s presented to her

I honestly feel like CGH did kill his aunt. Because something about them don’t make sense. Like why is CGH so anxious to get rid of Heng. It’s like he wants to get ahead and block his path to silence him. She better come to her senses soon cause I wouldn’t put it past CGU to sacrifice her if he needs to gain more power. The guy is very shifty

I used that term loosely.
Cause we never got his full back story just the parts where she interacts with him. Personally I would’ve wanted to see his back story to get more of an understanding of who he was before she transmigrated into the story. Cause he seemed layered. But then that’s just my personal preference. And even now that she’s in the story Nan Heng seems way better than the fiancé she has. Heng’s intentions are much clearer compared to CGH

I feel like the rule of him not being able to kill her applies to her to. She’s wrapped up in herself she’s not going to see anything outside of it so I’ll just wait to see her start to make sense of the nonsense she’s created. Also 1 big thing is she only read the main plots. She never bothered to know the subplots cause I feel like if she did read everything in it’s entirety she’d be more open to NH and be able to be unbiased. But if she only focused on parts she wanted her information is limited

Let’s just hope she doesn’t get to that stage. But then again a part of me wants her to be shocked out of that daze she has for CGH. And yeah NH in the beginning seemed to be written like a douche bag. But with her entering that world I noticed he actually isn’t. He’s a byproduct of what he went through. Cause if any child was accused of killing his stepmother. Then sent to live in seclusion and later sent away to fight. From a young age he’s programmed to se he’s not wanted so him being weary of them and distrusting isn’t his fault. It’s so funny cause they had a hand in what he’s become

Honestly if she was hell bent on her self preservation the best answer is to become a recluse and not leave her home. But she keeps entangling herself if so many affairs so everything is starting to change. And plots that were never there are starting to exist. It’s a wonder she doesn’t even realize it. Especially the Wanning people. In the original script she never met them or had any interaction like that but I guess ignorance is somewhat blissful for her rn

Oh CGH is a power hungry leech. If Rui becomes emperor its a give that CGH will be the puppet master. I’m quite shocked how FL hasn’t realized that the script is changing so she’ll have to adapt with it too. Cause if she’s not careful she’ll end up in a situation where she might get hurt. Hopefully she also realizes how power hungry her fiancé is cause that “good” persona is fake. I feel like a lot of Heng’s rumors are from him. Cause see the way he blamed him easily over his men getting hurt chasing those bandits

My theory: The Emperor was the one who assassinated the Empress. In the first episode, it was said that the Emperor…
That’s plausible. But we also got a scene where we saw young Heng and CGH and the emperor said something along the lines of “this is no path to the palace.” Insinuating that Heng lured the empress. Cause look at it this way. Heng’s mom family the Gao’s are more powerful why would the emperor risk blaming Heng knowing full well his moms people can retaliate against him striking one of their own. It doesn’t make sense. It’s as if the emperor wants to oppress them so he can have more control over them than the will over him. Because Heng is older than Rui. And if Heng is on the throne his family does get even more power. Any sensible enough ruler will notice that and try to stop it before ivy’s to by point

it seems like ppl forget how he tried to kill her many times bc it was shoot as comedy but if you were in her…
I agree but at the end of the day she never really read the entire script she only focused on the main parts where she interacted with him so if he genuinely is a good person she won’t really know that. In a way her view of him is bided because the script version of him slept with her sister, betrayed her and ultimately lead to her death.

Oh we crashed out especially science students cause we felt it more. Since it was our section they restructured the most. And like you mentioned with math you’re lucky cause we did t have a math or physics teach in my junior year. He quit on the first day of school when I just started my junior year. So for an entire year we kept having subs and our foundation was shaky in math and physics. It was a terrible year

Oh that I have some experience in that. Except for us we were the Guinea pigs for the new changes they were bringing about. So imagine learning something the year before and having to find out after you’re in your final year that all the labs and SBA’s (student based assessments that were also required to sit the exams) are scrapped and you have to start from scratch again but the major exam of you life in in may and we only found this out late January going into February. It was torture

ahhh okay. Yoire lucky cause my teachers would’ve crammed everything in. They didn’t care. We had to learn a lot cause we had a national exam to take at the end of our 4th year called CSEC. It’s a Caribbean exam all high schoolers must sit. Well that’s when I was still in high school. So we select our majors in our sophomore year then in junior year we beginning all that learning. And we only had our junior and senior year to learn everything from the CSEC curriculum

Ou my ! I did triple science too. Plus my school allowed me to add another science elective subject so I was doing Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Food & Nutrition.

I loved science since I was a kid so my general science teacher in freshman year really influenced me in majoring in it. Biology was my favorite subject

I know🤣🤣
It’s a strange fasination. that’s why I never bring it up in public. When I was younger things that should be horrifying I found them very interesting. Like once in high school I saw a motorcycle accident and the guy’s bone had pushed through. I kept staring. I was majoring in science at the time because I was red to be a doctor so those types of things fascinated me. Once in middle school a guy in my class got injured badly and was bleeding a lot. I was the only one who could wasn’t bothered by it so I helped him. So many little stuff like that and afyer a while nothing scares me anymore. Now the one fear I have is of clowns those scar the crap out of me. Anything else it’s whatever
