well no Seungju is still in the wrong. She's purposely telling Dong Hee info on his family knowing it'll sway her decisions. She doesn't love his brother she's using him as angle to get what she wants but also keep Cha Yeol for herself. She's just straight up problematic, deceitful and cunning

Exactly! we don't gatekeep kdramas when cdramas decide to mimic them, and at the end of the day modern c-dramas imitate the older kdrama plots which are honestly for me a big turn off and uninteresting to sit through but no one lowers their rating just because of that unless it's a really terrible show

watch it first then judge. Don't automatically jump to conclusions because some gatekeepers decided to hate on a drama and give it low rating

Episode 38 was a big NO for me!
1. Mandu's owner didn't have to tell CY anything about DH's situation with Him Chan, because that's not his story/place to tell. Plus the fact that he said he's not sure if he should tell him means that you shouldn't point blank period.
2. SJ is a real B**CH! Anything to get CY she'll do. If he didn't like you 8 years ago, what part of your brain thinks he'll like you 8 years later? He's constantly expressed he sees you as a friend. Dumb must be the new smart cause her common sense isn't working anymore
3. I understand that DH isn't willing to tell who the father is which she doesn't have to. But girl you can easily say my child's father died and I don't like to talk about him and no questions will be asked.

well I think they'll squeeze it all into 14 episodes. Which I'm hoping doesn't feel rushed. But I think ultimately they might exclude certain parts from the og show to fit their demographic

I'm guessing episode 2 cause it's moving incredibly faster than the OG version compared to how fast Raphel found out in the american version

I think they will cause in the OG Jane's dad didn't find out about her until a bit after cause Xiomara kept hiding and when he knew they didn't meet until Jane went wedding dress shopping and that was because he himself went there. But already in ep 1 of WooRi the Virgin he recognized her mom and ep 2 preview he asks if she's his child. So i feel like this is going at a faster pace than the OG

the original version was also like that. So if it comes across that way it's cause their purposely trying to make it cliché. In the original you had typical type casted characters and overdramatic stuff that didn't need all the drama. But because the show itself or need I say the writers were self aware and that it was ridiculous how certain dynamics were it made it more enjoyable and comical even
