As of now(Ep. 6) this is what we know about the escaped kids(the culprit might be in them)

Number 7- the one with burn mark (the one who betrayed the team, Jury member Insung has it... though i'm not sure about it but it does look like he has a burn mark on his hand)

Number 11- Most probably the culprit(I still think it's the Judge, cuz RSJ told him about the pendrive and his face/expression was freaky and only he and Eunki knew about it)

Number 12- The kid that got his leg in bear trap in Ep 1.... Is he the limping guy of the Jury?(but episode 6 confused me... so i'm not sure if the limping guy is 7 or 12)

Number 13- Yoon Jae (it's RSJ.. though he doesn't remember the past... he himself said that was his name in ep 5)

Number 24- the dead one(hit by a car in ep 1... its not confirmed if he's dead but i think he is)

Well, this is an amazing drama! I totally loved the progress so far!
And there are so many theories about who the killer is already! which somewhat proves that many are interested in the drama.

Coming to my theory,

As many mentioned, i also think RSH(the judge) might be the culprit(atleast for now)

Why? because,

1) We know now that some of the people in the jury are related to Hope welfare center... Its highly unlikely that all the randomly picked jurors were somewhat already related to a single person/organization. Since RSH picked the numbers, maybe he meddled with the one's in the box somehow.

2) Also we see him carving wood in the first episode i think. The Joker(serial killer) also has some statues before each photo at his place.

3) We see police records that RHJ(the detective) was not adopted.(This may be because his parents were in a high position so they managed to change the documents) or its RSH who they adopted, which further cements the theory that he might be one of the 5 kids(most probably Kid 11?)

This is just my theory. It could turn out that he's a good guy, who knows. Atleast for now, all the points/theories point towards him.

Or

All the surviving kids are in it together. (something like murder on orient express)

I think Kid 11 might be the killer.... since kid 13(yoon jae, who seems to be taecyeon) seems to be close to kid 11. So he might be taking revenge for his sake too...

I don't see why jung man chun need to go so far in that courtroom scene when he has evidence that someone ordered…
I think there's more to it! So we just have to wait and see why he didn't reveal it in court...
Especially because he looked like he knew he was gonna escape anyway! So why bother revealing anything?

OMG! Episode 4 is the real deal!
It was the most fun one to watch the cast members in...
But i can't even imagine how scary it would be to encounter the ghosts even if it's a shoot!
The sewing machine room and the Happy birthday song were really scary!
How was the piano even playing? OMG!!!
