But since there are still 4 eps left, to create a huge twist at the end i think Charles will come into the picture in some way! Cuz he's the only one who has experience with a knife(which means he's the one who did the Joker killings on Insung's command?)
So Episode 12 is titled "Another person's life" Does it refer to Yoon Jae living his life as Insung? Is Insung(real Yoon jae) so prepared that he even had his leg caught in a trap to make it look like he's No. 12.... That dude seems to be planning this from the moment he escaped! also does this mean the real No. 12 is dead? cuz we saw a death certificate of Yoon Jae
Also, does this episode suggest that No. 24 is still alive?
My only doubt is how did he prepare to make the RANDOM Jury selection in the first episode such that everyone selected had links to Hope Welfare centre.

That one we can kinda let it slide.... cuz she was curious about the whistling(culprit) and went to check out.... RSH came and took her to safety... she could have forgotten about Yuna being there(or maybe she thought yuna left, since in an earlier scene Yuna said she forgot something at the storage, Eunki might have thought she took it and went) in between all those scenes(no one will be able to think properly if you see a murderer in front of us)
But to me it was RSJ who was a total idiot! The dude went to the Child center to save Eunki(and the culprit was there at the time), saw the photo on her PC and went back home? wtf was that... if he stayed composed he could have saved both Yuna and Eunki and also may have caught the culprit! But since it's a k-drama and the story is good so far, i'll let it slide too!

She's definitely not their sister but could she be an illegitimate child of Baek Moon Kang? We never saw her mother tell her who her father was and was kinda scared and annoyed when she mentioned her father...
I still can't believe Yuna is dead! Her character was annoying at the beginning but i kinda grew to like her! It was so sad to see her in that storage house! The actors too portrayed great emotions there! i almost cried too!
I now think the judge might not be the main culprit!
He is definitely one of the 5 kids from the flashback but might not be the killer. Maybe someone else is using their identity to make the kills(mostly 24? since others thought he's dead it and we didnt see a body... he might be alive and came for revenge?)
The Judge(RSH) might be trying to find out why its happening now and trying to find answers in his own way too! Thats why he was sad number7 died since 7 chose that for himself.
All theories aside, i think the child actor for SungJoon absolutely delivered what he was supposed to. Every time he stares at the camera/screen i know he's coming for revenge!
