I think you should watch the originals. The change they made in this version ruined the drama. The characters…
Ive had the original on my watchlist since forever. I just cant seem to have the impulse to start it. But i will one day, a lot of people praised the original a lot, so i wanna satisfy my curiosity.

Title What Comes after Love Spoiler
I feel really bad for Minjun he deserves someone better than her
Its not that he deserves "someone better". Hong wasnt a bad person, she just couldnt love him the way he did.
If you think about it, Minjun knew she didnt love him like that, he knew that she had someone else on her heart, but he was still willing to be with her because thats how much he loved her. Minjun knew her feelings and he still wanted her to be with him, even tho she was never going to be truly happy. I actually thought that it was a bit sad how Minjun wanted her to be with him no matter what, even while knowing how she felt. If you love someone, you also want the best for them and you want them to be truly happy, even if it isnt with you.
And Hong is not in the wrong for still loving her ex, same goes for Jongo. They both loved each other deeply but didnt know how to communicate their feelings. People learn from their mistakes (most of the times lol), so maybe now Jongo and Hong will truly be happy and live a long life together.
And maybe Minjun will find someone who truly loves him.

So, from what I understood, she broke up her engagement with Minjun and got back together with Jongo.

I mean, you cant expect to cover a manga of 5 volumes in a 12 episode long series. And the episodes are 25 minutes…
I get your point and what you mean, but you also have to think that making a series/drama is not just something that happens out of thin air. Making a series requires a lot of money, as I am sure you know. Thailand was able to make the longer and complete version of Cherry Magic because it was made by GMMTV, which is literally the most famous entertainment company and is well known for making BLs. so they have backup. But most of these Japanese BL series are made without a huge company to have their backs, same happens with Korean BLs and Taiwanese BLs.
Even tho I would have liked a little bit of screen time from after they become a couple, I think they did a pretty good job portraying the story with the amount of episodes they could afford.

Title Revenant Spoiler
It was a very good drama and I enjoyed it a lot. However, I was bother by how dumb were the characters some times. There were so many events that could have been avoided or resolved more easily if they didnt let themself be controlled by their feelings. At some points, i was wondering "how can they be this stupid?".
I also disliked the way they got rid of the spirit. They were finding the objects, the body, the finger, the name and then, at the end, Sanyeong defeats it by reflexing on her life lmao. I know its a way to give you some kind of metaphor but its kinda lame.
Taking that aside, its a good watch and I enjoyed it a lot. Hongkyung was amazing in this as well. Im excited to see more of him.

Even tho i agree to you till a certain point, I still think Maya is rude, and the disability has nothing to do…
Lol, i literally read the manga haha. The note taking course was shown in the series, so thats why i mentioned it, although they dont really show much of that later on. Even on the manga, i had the same thoughts about Maya.
And yes, it was a "all of the sudden" kind of things. Maya only heard about Taichi from Kouhei before and she was rude to him the moment she saw him. She started bullshitting him from the start. And yes, maybe you can say "Taichi wasnt serious about the note taking". At some moments i also thought he should take it more seriously, since Kouhei is depending on those notes. But at the end of the day, is Kouhei the one who is affected by it and is Kouhei himself who still wants Taichi to take his notes, so Maya shouldnt be meddling in his affairs. As a friend and as someone who cares about Kouhei, it makes sense if she tries to talk to him about it, but whenever she did, she was rude and didnt consider Kouhei's feelings. And if Kouhei already told her he wants Taichi to be his note taker, then that should be the end of the discussion. But Maya still went on and on about how unfit Taichi is and how bad of a person he is, when that is a totally unrelated thing to the note taking problem. Aside from being his note taker, Taichi is his friend, and she should respect that at the very least. But she didnt. She was always trying to push Taichi away. And the food thing was an agreement Taichi and Kouhei had, so again, she is not in a position to complain about it.
I also think Kouhei should have been more strict about Maya and he should have set his boundaries. I would be very pissed if someone is insisting and meddles in my affairs, even tho we already had a conversation about that.
Leaving the problem between Maya and Taichi aside, she was also mean to Yoko and Yasu (i think that was his name, i forgot). She would talk behind their back and would assume things and they didnt do anything wrong to her. I understand Maya had bad experiences because of her disability, but being mad with the life itself and being mean to people she doesnt even know is never okay.
Later in the manga she learns from her mistakes and starts supporting them, thank god. If she was like that the entire manga, it would have made her unsufferable.

While this was done so very well, and I really enjoyed it, it didn't cover everything that was in the manga. There…
I mean, you cant expect to cover a manga of 5 volumes in a 12 episode long series. And the episodes are 25 minutes each, not even an hour. I think it covered like the first 2 volumes volumes, which is pretty decent for me. The 3rd volume its already about deeper stuff which would have been difficult to cover well in this series, so im actually glad they left that out. Otherwise, im afraid they wouldnt have done a good job portraying the entirety of the 3 volume without rushing it.

jesus some of the comment on here screams ableist. this drama proved how much disability is fetishized among people…
Even tho i agree to you till a certain point, I still think Maya is rude, and the disability has nothing to do with it. Ofc some of her personality traits can be explained and maybe justified because of the hardships she had to overcome because of her disability, same goes to Kouhei, but some other things are just her being straight up rude.
Maya attacked Taichi all of a sudden and started throwing hate to him, when she didnt even know him enough to do so. She started speaking in behalf of Kouhei and said things like "you are useless" or stuff like that, when Taichi was actually doing his best to be a good notetaker and even started going to the note taking curse. Even if Taichi was not good at the note taking, if Kouhei still wants him as his notetaker, its his decision to make and Maya has no word in it. Also, she meddled in the relationship of Taichi and Kouhei just because she was jealous, when Taichi never did something to hurt Kouhei on purpose and was actually the reason Kouhei started smiling more.
Also, she just started attacking Yoko (Taichi's friend) without reason. U can dislike someone, but her assuming that Yoko has a nice life without worries just because of what she sees from the outside was wrong.
She does get better with time, and becomes someone who supports the two of them and their relationship (or at least, this is shown in the manga. I havent watched the last episodes to know if Maya's character development is shown yet). But in the series and in the manga, she was very rude to Taichi and his friends at the beginning and there is no justification for it.
