Just because you want to be a stay at home mom, roger, you can't judge or police what other women choose. If there are NO men who want to work, they can stay at home and take care of kids(which most of them never bother to do and leave it to their wives). Nobody is forcing you to make money; become a family man and date a working woman! Men are the reason men are demonized, because they are actually horrible to women. "Attack the family structure" says the bozo who wants to live in luxury without working.

Like every other actor and actress in all the industries be it kdramas, cdramas, idols etc. There is barely anyone without any work done. Some just hide their school pics better.

Such a cool FL character, its such a waste that she's not the mc. The MC is a bit bland. The cliche scenes of the FL finding out he rejected the offer of studying abroad feel so amateur. I get that they wanted to include the impeccable food scenes but the story i care about is of the FL and her independent life, not the romance MC is trying to go after.

Wait?? I was thinking there would be much more of a gap to get the third season. What a pleasant surprise. And 40 eps too. YES. Just realized its been more than a year. It felt like i just finished the 2nd season a few months ago.

What is with the weird colour grading on the flashbacks? Its hazy with too much lighting, can't even focus on whats happening. This is the first time aesthetics have had such an impact on my viewing experience.

So you mean he could act callously and disregard her when he wasn't in a good place financially or career wise in his life but now that he has a great job, he is the ideal guy? Nah him getting more money doesn't discount his massive insecurities and lack of communication.

She decided to be a stay at home mom to raise her kid, not because she wanted to give up her career. Why is she expected to not go back to the work she likes doing? "Maybe dont stop working when you have a child" maybe stfu. Its hard enough to go through childbirth, why should she work through it?

Women are EXPECTED to sacrifice their careers. You as a MAN will never know how hard it is for a woman to make a space for herself in any career/industry.

Here comes the internal misogyny. Just because you prefer to be a SAHM doesnt mean all women do. There IS always a compromise while raising kids and somehow is always the woman who has to make the sacrifice, not the man. What about a devoted dad to a kid? Ever thought about how both your parents worked but you still blame your mom for being lonely? A woman is never ideal when she shows strength.

Didnt get past the first ep because all i see is ml blaming her. He kept talking about her not decorating the light bulb as if its a measure of how committed she is to their relationship. Just irked me the wrong way, didn't really want to watch him "support" her acc to the synopsis after she's been hurt unbearably.

First ep was really great. Such an unexpected surprise.

On the contrary CLOY is wayyy beneath DOTS. In acting, story and the script.

The first ep was good and the 2nd was enough to make me want to watch more, then we arrived at the scenes where khem travels to Peem's place and everything just fell off. Pacing dropped, so many unnecessary filler scenes. Premise was great, but we had no explanation for why half the things were happening and what all these powers were. The mc is so meek (was that bcos he was a woman bcos after dealing with ghosts for so many years his character doesnt make sense)but the side characters all have powers developing conveniently and suddenly. The first ghost possession at least had good horror elements and made me hope for more horror and anticipation. The romance was not needed for a horror because they really didn't do it any justice here.

I think she had a lot of depth. Ofc the story was seen from EJ's perspective so missed seeing SY's life after bro's death, writers still managed to show a lot of depth in SY. She wasn't really villainized. She once had everything and in a moment lost everything she had, then she had to watch her friend have the life she wanted.Her bitterness was very well potrayed, and that manifested in a cruel way. . A character having potential doesn't mean they have to be a saint or turn into a good person at the end. Even with all her cruelty, bitterness and her trauma, she was a great character to watch.

What do you mean. She does everything by herself. He doesn't even say one kind word to her after she has to get reprimanded at her job because he couldn't be bothered to care about his kids. He does nothing except whine.

Yep exactly. The show was more about the characters than any rivalry or winning and I liked that(even tho I would've loved to see them win).

Already knew they were going to lose when at the start oe's senior started to tell her about not favoring anyone. They wanted to avoid the cliche of underdogs winning(which is a cliche in itself) but still, the whole ep 10 was so well done especially the emotional moments when their teacher started crying knowing they would probably lose just because of luck. Just the perfect ending to the show.

Im on ep 4 rn. I loved the intro to all the characters especially tingfeng. There are some abrupt plot points and messy scenes(like how shao nian thinks lin xiao hates him while in one ep back they weren't even properly introduced to eo yet) but characters are shining so far. Im loving all the friendship dynamics so far!
