The first ep was good and the 2nd was enough to make me want to watch more, then we arrived at the scenes where khem travels to Peem's place and everything just fell off. Pacing dropped, so many unnecessary filler scenes. Premise was great, but we had no explanation for why half the things were happening and what all these powers were. The mc is so meek (was that bcos he was a woman bcos after dealing with ghosts for so many years his character doesnt make sense)but the side characters all have powers developing conveniently and suddenly. The first ghost possession at least had good horror elements and made me hope for more horror and anticipation. The romance was not needed for a horror because they really didn't do it any justice here.

I think she had a lot of depth. Ofc the story was seen from EJ's perspective so missed seeing SY's life after bro's death, writers still managed to show a lot of depth in SY. She wasn't really villainized. She once had everything and in a moment lost everything she had, then she had to watch her friend have the life she wanted.Her bitterness was very well potrayed, and that manifested in a cruel way. . A character having potential doesn't mean they have to be a saint or turn into a good person at the end. Even with all her cruelty, bitterness and her trauma, she was a great character to watch.

What do you mean. She does everything by herself. He doesn't even say one kind word to her after she has to get reprimanded at her job because he couldn't be bothered to care about his kids. He does nothing except whine.

Yep exactly. The show was more about the characters than any rivalry or winning and I liked that(even tho I would've loved to see them win).

Already knew they were going to lose when at the start oe's senior started to tell her about not favoring anyone. They wanted to avoid the cliche of underdogs winning(which is a cliche in itself) but still, the whole ep 10 was so well done especially the emotional moments when their teacher started crying knowing they would probably lose just because of luck. Just the perfect ending to the show.

Im on ep 4 rn. I loved the intro to all the characters especially tingfeng. There are some abrupt plot points and messy scenes(like how shao nian thinks lin xiao hates him while in one ep back they weren't even properly introduced to eo yet) but characters are shining so far. Im loving all the friendship dynamics so far!

Already checked. Both seasons have 8 eps on the link. Idk if the longer runtime(1 hr 5 min) means its all there or not? I dont see 11 or 12 eps.
Edit: Ended up starting it, it has all the 11 eps condensed into 8. A video cd version.

The FL has a bf who doesn't contact her much and ends up dating the girl from her girl group w/o telling her so they break up. He doesn't have much of a role to play.

Just a one sided crush, and a breakup. No romance.

Sorry but which daughter would want to see the man that caused her mother's death? Very unrealistic how she easily accepts the dad as if he did nothing. He wasn't even present for most of her childhood, why would she miss him? They keep joking abt rui dating a married man and ruining another woman and her kid's life as if its nothing.

Oml the dad deserves every bit of pain there is. This mf loser. The actor is great at potraying a lecher who feels guilt now. The grandfather is right- that man is a coward who is fond of women. Don't know why everyone around this guy is so understanding of him and catering to him. I feel bad for the mom.

The said straight guy should break up if he can't handle it. He hasn't even tried to explore if he could be bi. He's just averse to anything related to the man his gf becomes. And sure, be that way but at least leave them alone and go be with the clingy stalker!

Same. The acting for Nut is very strange and not upto par compared to the mc imo. Interactions between them are awkward too.Singing is good nd all but im tired of all these series where all they dream about is becoming singers. Can we get some other professions at least.

Oh its certainly from the 2000s with the old thinking and the characterisation. At least the mc was different and not the same kind of girl every asadora has.

A-ko's father betrayed her family,kiyomi's own name wasn't hers anymore, A got all the credit and said some bs about guilt when she shouldn't have handed over someone else's belonging to a stranger, everyone fawns over her, but b-ko is supposed to be nice and not have envy? A is not special at all, she isolated B when with her friends but intrudes intoB's space all the time. Why is everyone so adamant on being nice to her but not to B? Even her own friend was rude and taking A's side. Damn. What a horrible surrounding to be in.
