Haha ZLH delivering it beautifully and that is why Pei Wenxuan leading every where. It is obvious makers trying to hype SML but drama viewers showed them whom they are liking the most.
I think the amount of misunderstanding/dislike FL is getting also because of makers deliberate attempt to show SRQ as a likable character. For example in that umbrella scene her look was not romantic but makers playing those romantic bgm and those slowmo spoil the mood and some how manipulate viewers perspective.
no hate to the actor who is playing SRQ but he is lacking infront of both the leads acting skill. The contrast is too hard to ignore.
This dramas makers tried hard to make everyone like SRQ and root for SRQ-LR ship but instead turn him into an annoying character. They definitely failed to write his character as proper villian cause a well written negative character also get anticipated by audience and contribute in story building and add spice. But SRQ character has become annoying which is affecting the viewers watch experience too.
Whenever SRQ appear onscreen, viewers be like " no, not this guy AGAIN". For a well written negative character it should "okay, now what is he upto"

I gotta say I think I am enjoying wenxuan's bgm more than rongqing's. That song really grew on me.
I thought I'm the only one lol for me SML song is nice but give very modern feel like kdrama ost . may be when you hear it without context it sounds good but with scene I am liking PWX song more specially the upbeat part. It kind of going well with his personality

What people missing is Li Rong's zero effort to use this 2nd chance and reflect on her mistake and follow his heart with whomever she wants instead of jumping from one boat to another
