i like kazuto and alans vibes its so interesting to see how different kazuto comes across when they are alone…
Alan, too. He's still learning and honing himself, which is really respectable. I wasn't his biggest fan when he first arrived, but I really like him now!
I think like this too much because today four I think three different episode came out of different series but…
I finished We Are (which was fun) and then watched ep 4 of this, and I kind of wish I had done it in the opposite order - I need some warmth after ep 4 🥺
As Kohei's hearing begins to fade, Taichi's voice at the restaurant seems louder than ever, creating a jarring…
Not to mention the lighting contrasts in their solo scenes! Aside from his mother's kitchen, all of Kohei's scenes take place in sterile, off-white to blue environments while Taichi's are filled with warm colours. It's kind of a reminder that Taichi is the sun to Kohei, that he brings the light. And Kohei's given up (again) on the light with the news he received 😭😭😭
Episode 2 hit really hard. Kouhei suffering hearing loss from an anomalous, unexpected illness just sucks. At least when you know you have a condition you can cope with it slowly progressing, but just waking up after being sick and realizing that that occurred is terrible. Also, f*&% all of those people who called him pitiful. Like... what? What makes you so special? I pity them for having such little empathy.
So I just finished, and I gotta say while the first 2/3 of the show did not have me, the last 1/3 absolutely did. It's far from my favourite show but while I had some complaints that I thought I would walk away with, I think I'll just fondly remember the last few episodes.
If you had been here during the airing you would've had all ur questions answered. They didn't pick up that he's…
I think the closest thing to a plot like this that I've seen would be Manner of Death, which still touches on some similar themes throughout and has its connective tissue of a large mystery needing to be solved with everyone to suspect. MaxTul are iconic as well, so there's that.
And also they should all be forced to drink Usak's chicken smoothie 😂
I'm genuinely sobbing. 😭

Good work to the cast and crew. 👍
