Netflix recommended one of the best thriller mystery detective drama. Sure wasn't disappointed at all. It's still one of my favourite bing watching detective series. The production & cast, especially Tan Jianci effortlessly nailed as Shen Yi.💯

Indeed. Atleast the other 2 are hardworking & responsible, strong men unlike Tushan Jing who fails his clan responsibilities, also fails to solve dispute with his brother (often common in rich families). Infact, he's even alive in end, cause of XL, XY and FFYY. 😌

Noticeably (*Spoiler*) the "Lovers' Bug" actually reveals exactly who XY loves and their relationship. CX gets the bug first, cause CX was her first love. However, he loves power more than XY so he reasonably rejects the bug, and it is expelled. XL, however, willingly loves her, even when circumstances changes, so they share the bug until he dies. Neither Jing or Feng Long are ever considered by XY for the "Lovers' Bug", which says everything.
Its not a story where, fl ends up with a 'knight in shining armor' a worthy man. The whole story main theme is 'Yearning for lost love forever'. Title 'Zhang Xiang Si', directly refers to CX loosing XY while indirectly refers to XY loosing XL. Author never certified story as happy ending.

There's must be season 3. Please! This season is so exciting & engaging on different level just like its season 1. Kudos to cast & crew, especially Tan Jianci nailed it brilliantly as Shen Yi.
