In end, she died again, XL again sacrificed 1 life to her, also saved Jing with merpeople help. Before going to battle, XL stabbed his own heart [basically lost 1 life here] to remove his 'lover bug', so XY wouldn't feel any backlash if anything happens to XL in battlefield.
