As someone who's always on the frontline to defend female leads people deem as "annoying" for no good reason I agree with you and your reasons.
Their romance or let me say interactions kinda feel forced by her now. Cause it's obvious he is not ready and has a lot on his mind like she said herself, but I do appreciate the help she has given him.

Disclaimer: Not agreeing with what a FL did doesn't mean we hate the actress.

Title Love Like the Galaxy: Part 1
You'll love this, especially the second part it's more politics focused.
Don't see why they won't give us one, he really deserves it.

I have the same thoughts as you, episode 19-21 feels like a romcom, that being said it keeps on reminding me how balanced LLTG was. I prefer watching ZH rn maybe till something interesting happens.

The cinematography and costumes are gorgeous! And feels so real, they're beautiful but not too beautiful to the point of being unrealistic or cheap looking. The currently airing drama prisoner of beauty also features han dynasty costumes, I had to even check if it was by the same costume designer cause they both exude the same vibe.
What you're looking for is in part 2 of this drama. Part one mostly focuses on the protagonist's life, while part two focuses on her life and LBY revenge which was so satisfying and well done btw. Enjoy part one and the comedy in it while it lasts.🙃
