In my opinion, I'm liking the drama version more than the novel. and I also like the change from novel why han ting helped ji xing, in the novel it's to compete with her cousin han yuan, but it's kinda of a no brainer and petty reasoning and not believable in real life, but in the drama, han ting is a lot more closer to how an in real life ceo and investor (shareholders) acts in reality, they value the pros and cons more and weighs how their decisions will affect their company moving forward, so him offering her to work with dongyuan hospital first seems more reasonable.
