For sure! Recently was a nominee at the prestigious 2020 Blue Dragons Awards Best New actress with "Innocence" even with his short movie list. Also a nominee at the 2021 Baeksang Best Actress for Mr Queen, even with the star studded actresses.

I do enjoy some gangster films, but I have the same problem as yours. It needs to hook me early or else it's a pass, also the lack of a female lead increases the boredom

Based on your review, I'd suggest staying away from genres like this. Show's like saw the devil, Oldboy, and The villainess are much worse than this.
