I've gotten to where Jialin is flirting with Yaping and I really don't want to watch anymore. Can you tell me…
Thanks again for that additional synopsis. I just remembered that this was based on a true story, so I wonder if that ending was part of the story and why they had to kill him off. I would love to know.

Wow, I'm glad I didn't continue watching it. Maybe I've become too sensitive at my age, but I can't handle that sort of drama. Poor Qiaozhen, two times she suffers pain. First Jialin, what a jerk! Although, he did go beyond her and would have been miserable if they had married. And then MaShaun, which is a surprise, but I suppose they did suit each other more. However, I can't believe they killed him at the end. Dang! What an ending for that poor girl. Thanks so much for giving me that synopsis.
My heart is broken for Qiaozhen. :''( She's suffered too much in this drama. She finally found the right man for…
I've gotten to where Jialin is flirting with Yaping and I really don't want to watch anymore. Can you tell me what happens with him and Yaping? What episode does Qiaozhen finds out about them?
I remember his voice in The Autumn Ballad and it seems it's the same voice the he is using on this drama. sigh...I love Jeremy Tsui, find him very sexy, and his voice matches. So I would hate that he is not using his own voice on this drama since it fits his looks. ha
Cute ending.....BUT I can see Season 2 coming one day. They left some things hanging; the 2nd Prince of Jinpo and Jun Han for instance. As far as the whole drama is concerned. What the heck has happened to more romance; i.e. kissing? sigh What a waste of Jeremy Tsu's kisses. smh (in past dramas). It seems that more and more dramas are leaving out PDA and just resorting to hugging. Not romantic. Makes those scenes boring. Anyway, the martial arts of both Leads was really good. Too bad there was so little of it, especially by the Princess. That was a bummer not to have more of that. Overall, fairly decent drama.
Totally enjoying this drama, been binge watching it. Love Yang Zi attires in this drama, they are stylish, elegant…
I wanted to watch this from a clip I saw on Youtube where he is telling Yang Zi he is going to America with little Miss 3rd party and Yang Zi trusts him. So does he go with 3rd party and does ML betray Yang Zi? I don't care if you spoil it, I'm mainly concerned about that issue. For me, I wouldn't agree to it and if he went; goodbye! lol Thank you.
It would be hard to find another CDrama that compares to this one. There are lots of wonderful dramas out there,…
LOL Bird kisses.... so true. Or the famous tight lipped kisses. ugh. My take on this drama is that both Jerry Yan and the Director were very sensitive and conscientious towards the fact there is that wide age gap and how the FL was in real life around 20 years apart from Jerry Yan. And they kept it very carefully choreographed to be respectful of her. And yet at the same time, it was hot and steamy and thrilling. I hope to see Jerry Yan again in something similar that is not a fluff rom-com drama that has him stereotyped or lack of a good serious type drama where he could sink his teeth into. Oh and whatever he does, he MUST keep that hair. sigh.... lol
hello can anyone please recomend me a drama like this?
It would be hard to find another CDrama that compares to this one. There are lots of wonderful dramas out there, but only one "The Forbidden Flower". This one hit my heart exceptionally hard with it's wonderful love story.
In all the CDrama's synopsis I've read, I've never seen one that left out one of the Leads completely. So where is Xuan Lie (Song Wei Long)? Who is he, what does he do, where is he in this plot? I mean it's strange to not have a Lead's description in the script. ??
