P'Jojo: I’ve wanted to make Luk Thung (*Thai music genre) music for many years, but I didn’t want it to be the traditional, old-school style. So I tried looking for another plot to support it. Then I came across an article about Thailand’s witness protection program, and in some cases people have to completely change their identities. I found that really fascinating, so I connected it with luk thung. The witness-protection aspect comes before the bodyguard angle. And to add more conflict 'what would you do if you had to protect someone who once stole your lover?'
P'Jojo: The opening sequence is a tribute to The Bodyguard, the ultimate classic of this genre. Check out the music video I Will Always Love You, where they cut between the singer performing and glimpses of her life with the bodyguard.
P'Jojo: I chose the song "เธอจะอยู่กับฉันตลอดไป" by Clash because its meaning is quite close to I Will Always Love You.
P'Jojo: Pongpuen comes from a police family, his father and older brother hold high ranks. He’s obligated to take on this case so he can earn a promotion and catch up to his brother. That’s why he must accept the job of protecting someone he doesn’t even like.
When I realized that the principles and intentions driving the company no longer aligned with the vision I originally built it upon, I felt it was better to step back.
Sometimes, walking away from a place that no longer feels right is the most honest choice we can make.
Everyone deserves fairness in the work they contribute. I believe that’s how it should be... because that is what integrity demands.
I believe we can lose many things in life, but we should never lose our principles or who we truly are
If one day I find myself losing who I am and the ideals I stand for, then I believe it’s better for me to walk away
But as I said, it was my fault, I trusted the wrong person.

I did NOT mean they look sad / crying while filming those tiktoks, you cannot be this dense... I meant what little of they showed of the filmed footage / stills that they look sad / crying prior to the trailer
I was countering on what ppl saying they sucked out the darker atmosphere when they purposely not showed that in the trailer
