Whenever a FL character is written differently from what you like they are always called annoying, unlikable, etc.…
Exactly!! People act like she’s being unreasonable, but she’s literally trying to survive a man who’s done nothing but harm her — and is still lying and scheming. But sure, let’s keep calling the woman annoying for not playing nice with someone plotting against her. The bar is truly on the floor.
Li Yitong is really a brilliant actress. She created and played many different characters seriously well whatever…
Exactly!! Li Yitong is criminally underrated — her range is insane. From goddess to tragic beauty to chaotic little gremlin, she always eats every role up. Song Yimeng is just another example of how effortlessly she brings characters to life 💅👏
I am really enjoying this, the female lead is refreshing, funny, I like her a lot but it's slightly annoying.…
You call her hate valid, then turn around and say she’s acting like an NPC? Be so serious. The man’s tried to kill her over and over — and now he’s lying to her, doesn’t trust her, and might use her family — but she’s the annoying one? That bias is showing loud and clear.
I agree. She will soon find out I think he isnt that bad like she thinked... Script made him look like that...…
He’s definitely not bad, but from her perspective — and from what we’ve seen so far — he does come off as dangerous and untrustworthy. I do feel bad for him though, and I really hope all these misunderstandings get cleared up soon 🙏 because they’re both just trying to survive in their own way.
idk why a lot of people are hating on the fl. she's been my favorite fl this month tbh she's so funny and cute.…
THANK YOU. Finally someone said it clearly 😭 She’s genuinely one of the most entertaining FLs lately, and the hate makes zero sense when everything she’s doing actually makes sense. Like?? The ML tried to kill her, threatened her, and she read a script where he’s basically a villain — how is she supposed to trust him?? And you’re so right, she’s not blindly trusting the SML either, she’s cautious with everyone. She’s surviving, not simping.
LYN is killing it, but I am honestly curious as to why a lot of people find FL annoying? I feel like this happens…
Exactly!! It’s like unless the FL is sweet, silent, and always making ‘perfect’ decisions, people can’t handle her. The second she’s messy, traumatized, or actually puts herself first, she’s suddenly ‘annoying.’ Meanwhile male leads can literally commit crimes and still get a redemption arc.
FL is starting to annoy me but I’m holding on for LY and his crew ❤️
how? For trying to kill the man who literally killed her first? 😭 Funny how when it’s a male lead, he’s ‘just misunderstood’ or ‘traumatized,’ but when it’s a female lead fighting back, she’s suddenly too much. Be serious. I’m so tired of this double standard.
she'll realize the script has changed and the characters have changed too
The script didn’t change — she just went back in time after trying to marry the second lead over and over and dying every time. She didn’t give up, but somehow the script pulled her back like a whole year before all that. That’s why she’s trying to kill him now — to avoid the mess she already lived through. We actually don’t know what’s going to happen this time.
It's so hurtful to watch when the FL trying to Kill ML......When she read in that script ml is really bad but…
She’s reacting to actual attempts on her life. He’s not just misunderstood—he’s been violent, and she’s absolutely allowed to be scared. People forget she’s not seeing the full picture like we are. From her side, he is dangerous.
All the special scenes are with him in a mask. I don't like this part. There is no point in being with the character…
Actually, I love that all the special scenes have him in a mask! It adds so much mystery and tension. I think it’s brilliant that she’s saying her true feelings without realizing who he really is — it shows how honest she can be when she thinks she’s safe. Plus, it gives Nan Heng a chance to really see who she is beneath the surface, without all the masks and pretenses. That dynamic is so layered and intense, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts of the drama. The slow reveal and the emotional buildup make it so much more exciting to watch. Can’t wait to see how it all unfolds!
Actually, I think the little boy also hinted at something else; when LYN did one of his lives he revealed that…
Wow, that’s super interesting! I didn’t know it was part of a trilogy. The little boy’s role makes so much more sense now as a hint for what’s coming next. I hope they film parts 2 and 3 soon — can’t wait to see how the story continues!”
