I wanted things to speed up a little because I really want to see Prince Aodeng but now that I know heās not regaining his memories anytime soon I have mixed feelings
Iām gonna be honest, the show is nice but the pace has gotten off since the past 5 episodes. I donāt like when supporting characters take too much time screen at this point of the story because the main characters didnāt make great progress. But here we get to see the supporting characters too much and it make me dislike them unwillingly
Love the drama, plot is great and the pacing is good, I donāt feel bored at all. I think good drama need time to develop otherwise itās rushed and not pleasing to watch
Maybe I had too much expectations from the trailers (I did not read the novel), but the drama is an ok drama, nothing more nothing less. Iām not enjoying it as much as I wanted šš
Everyone heās crashing out against the mother (and for good reason) but I think the father is far worse. Heās such a coward that heās willing to let his family down even after his first child died instead of confronting his own parents and family. I think itās pretty realistic whether itās the depiction of the consequences of patriarchy on each member of the family or even the representation of parents/child relationships that keeps degrading as kids discover how disappointing adults can be.
Or maybe you need to stick to modern dramas instead of āHistorical and period era dramas? Just a thought:)
And what if it was common practice ? I still donāt like it, itās not because it existed that Iām forced to like it. And as far as I know not every historical dramas contain harem plot
Ehh since I learned about the harem plot I donāt know if I will keep watching it honestly, I just hate this plot. Maybe Iāll pick it up when all ep will come out
