I think he follows almost every costar cuz he’s usually close/ friendly with all to the point he’s still best friends with his first female lead and hangout with costar from 2013 in public. If he doesn’t follow someone then it means there were some nonsense rumours with that costar like with zhao Lusi recently. And I must say try the movie “the left ear” if you want the absolute jerk, douche & bad boy YY. There he turns from top& perfect student to scumbag. I don’t know what all YY dramas u have watched. But except xiao nai in loveo2o all other characters have their fair share of flaws. And I don’t want to talk about his role in WRTW. heifengxi was acceptable but script screwed that too. His roles in martial universe, glory of special forces were nothing but flaws from the start which the character overcame eventually. So, only loveo2o then king’s avatar- he’s a gaming god are bit unreal roles but he pulled them very well. I feel yutu in YAMG is quite normal person with good performance in studies &sports, we can find such studious candidates in our schools & colleges as well, this role is quite believable & his performance was on point!

YY’s current Reuters from shooting of “my fireworks on earth” were mistaken to his 8 year old movie character ‘Xu Yi’ by many people. And YY is generally called/nicknamed as nobleman.. cuz of his extraordinary looks & temperament, I must say, he’s best choice for Hei fengxi.

ON STAGE, infront of national media. Then WYB continued to spout “He’s so handsome!” to Zhao liying😍. That is range of YY in view of your fav actors. FYI- YY had military hair cut, totally tanned skin & least styling among everyone on stage in tencent’19, it is his confidence & aura that stands out! Not tall, fair, beautiful, etc.
YY had the popularity, traffic & fame that no other Young actor(post-90) has ever seen or even think of. He’s the one who avoided traffic, popularity himself, why the hell would he ever feel inferior to someone. Show any C-actor from internet era(maybe post-85’s) with popularity, achievements, talents gained by the age of just 25? or even by the age of 30? But I hate the production so much,😡😡,why the hell did they cut the lanxi agony in rain. They should have atleast showed YY’s face for the efforts he put in for that scene🥺😭.

It was really raining at the time of shoot and they also used artificial rain, it took 2 days for that scene, they’re reuters for that. So, he fell sick cuz of soaking 2 days continuously. And at the end, they simply cut it!! 😠😔.

I think character setting of lanxi is that way(weak, soft kind of), cuz same YY looked so strong, intense asHFX. But we can see lanxi’s charisma as a prince in the latest episodes 25,26.

Not sure of the reason, but atleast till now he didn’t repeat his FL, accept for Li Qin - his FL in debut drama. I guess it is to create fresh environment, he doesn’t repeat and him being on high demand and doing only one project a year maybe the reason too.
