TTJ gives YXW a star/meteorite for her birthday (that LSS doesn't know haha!). He also gives her a day off and tells her to go home. He doesn't expect it, but she invites him to go with her, and he happily agrees.
I love that detail of TTJ playing with a feather. They look gorgeous in this carriage scene. She has a meal with the Ye famil,y but TTJ refuses to go inside the mansion. Grandma Ye says it is reasonable for him not to want to join them because they mistreated him before. Her dad advises her to cherish TTJ's care for her. She leaves and rushes to TTJ to hug him. She expresses regret at the ill treatment he got from her family. She also feels bad that he doesn't get to join them and says she just didn't want him to be lonely at the palace. TTJ says as long as she is happy, it is fine.

YXW seems to be falling for TTJ as she shows more care for him and fixation on him. However, she is on a mission, and every now and then we see how resolute she is in fulfilling it (and seemingly oblivious to the future pain she might bring TTJ). 😢
TTJ consults PR about liking someone. He is embarrassed but PR figures out it is about YXW. She shares her love wisdom. Our little foxy cupid! 💘
In essence, TTJ and YXW/LSS are just bumbling innocent idiots when it comes to matters of the heart. After all, they are each other's first and last love. ❤️💔😭
