No, TTJ can't live because ADG (original Devil God) will just find another devil fetus to resurrect from. TTJ was able to absorb ADG (remember that fight between them) because TTJ has experienced all emotions and now has a higher purpose in life - that is his love for Li Susu makes him save the world she loves. The All Distress Way will only be destroyed if the Devil God is destroyed. With his sacrifice and LSS as the Phoenix goddess, this All Distress Way actually transformed into a Path of Compassion thus bringing back life to the realms.
