Real Cui Lin is Jing Tian (Lieutenant He) here, he (Gao Han) is just stand in of Cui Lin because everyone thinks that Cui Lin is a boy that's why he is acting as a Cui Lin.
Everyone thinks that Real Cui Lin father has son not daughter.
About other thing that why Jing Tian calls him Young Master is not revealed yet.
