I agree. I also don't like "Mr Unlucky Has No Choice but to Kiss" and "Senpai, This Can't Be Love". I hope there will be more dramas like Old Fashion Cupcake or this (I hope it won't disappoint me in the following episodes). And you are right that "enemies to lovers" trope is not very realistic unless the initial hate is based on a misunderstanding.

I would be frustrated if they didn't end up together :( They have such a great chemistry. Yeah, I think that they don't show many intimate moments in Japanese BL series because the Japanese society is still quite homophobic. It's a pity. I hope it will slowly change and the creators will become more courageous. Right now, it is rather hypocratic that they have BL mangas with a very explicit content and on the other hand, they shy from a kiss in BL series.

You're right, I forgot Seven Days and also Old Fashion Cupcake (although I was pissed that their attempt to kiss was unnecessarily interrupted in the last episode but at least we had passionate kissing in the previous epsode). I hope they will do more series like that in the future - neither asexual nor p*rn. I personally think that when they want to put a kiss to a series, it should always look realistic, especially when the genre is romance and it is age restricted but I respect your opinion.

Yeah 😔 There were good kisses only in Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese, Dangerous Drugs of Sex (don't recommend) and Pornographer. Japanese series are always either asexual or almost p*rn.

I agree. I hate when it seems that the characters will finally get closer and then the scriptwriters put there some jealous ex or a stupid misunderstanding so that the characters would deal with that problem instead of getting intimate. Or when someone or something always interrupts them when they are about to kiss. Yeah, it should look natural if they want to avoid it.

I just found out that one of the directors is the same as in Cherry Magic 😬
