If there is going to be an ASTCO Season 2, two things will happen:

First, if TPTB actually want to show international audiences/viewers that they understand and respect our perspective and truly want to appeal to a broader viewer base—they will make some positive adjustments. That means steping up, taking responsibility, and meaningfully blending cultural perspectives. They need to produce Season 2 focusing on real-life challenges, grounded in a love that can conquer anything, complete with genuine romance, kisses, tenderness, and emotional support.

On the flip side, taking responsibility and accountability and offering genuine apologies rarely happen in the Kentertainment industry, it not in their playbook . Kego commands the ship, checks get written, and the casts and crew are forced to fall into line. If the establishment sticks to its rigid formula, here is the dictate for Season 2: A parade of toxicity, rigid formula, endless misunderstandings, petty arguments, confusion, emotional pain, and misplaced hostility.
This misery will drag on until the final epi where logic and reasoning are totally thrown out the window.
They will finally throw in the long-awaited kiss but, because the actors spent the whole 1 to 7 epis ( however many epis it gonna be ) stuck in toxic dynamics with zero affectionate interaction, and nice kisses, the cold executive mofos approach strips all the warmth, friendship, chemistry, and romance right out of that kiss, and a forced, awkward, loveless, chemistry-free kiss will appear on that screen.
The international audience asked for a kiss, and production gave them a lifeless nasty zoom out kiss, just to check the box.
We’ll see what happens, IF there going to be ASTCO, S 2.

The drama in this show is unbelievable! DH slaps JN for slapping JH over a confession caused by the soju script and now Seong Yeong is acting just as chaotic as DH.
A mother welcoming an attempted murderer as a daughter-in-law while JH refuses to meet with JN and hear the truth about her. JH better get his memory back and help JN.
