This is my attempt to find more evidence that the ML is alive. :) It is from the same bank for sure. I think she gives a different card to her You Nang and his wife.
As for the plot, the question is why they did not bother to tie the loose ends. Was the mystery and suspense for its own sake without aiming at a proper conclusion? Or did the writer actually want to end with certain questions and suspense? The concept of the show is to have us doubt what we see.
They let us doubt if ML is alive They let us be unclear about the mastermind and many details
So I think this show does not aim to give us answers to everything (at least I hope this is the intention). I am curious about the novel and its ending.
I only read the first chapter. RZZ is from a good family, she is not an orphan there, Su Wen is a writer. There are differences. Hopefully, I can find a website with the chapters that allow me to copy it and translate in Google translate.
So Xian Cheng wrote Unexpected Falling. She is the writer of the Confidence and the manhua on which the Confidence was based. And there is apparently a novel as well but somehow I expect the worst from this writer. The ML is probably ruthless in the novel and will die at the end.
Definitely will miss them and actually I also will miss all of you here. Thank you all for this journey and see…
I will miss this comment section with all of you. This was my first time participating on MDL. It is a torture to watch an ongoing show with so much suspense. On the other hand, commenting and analyzing with other watchers makes up for it. :)
But the crime plot was disappointing though, it’s kinda weak actually….. I’m even reading the novel now…
I did but on kiss.kh and chinaq.club it ends with them kissing. Can you send me the link to the website where you watched it.
I see two things that show he is real: the legs and the coffee shaking on the table.
Things that make you doubts: his clothing and the surprise on her face and the tears.
Why did they do that? Probably because he died in the novel but they did not want to give us another sad ending with the same leads after The Confidence.
I always get attached to shows that I watch as they air. It happened to me with Kara Sevda, a Turkish show, as well 5 years ago. And Kara Sevda had an extremely sad ending.
I will miss this show with our wonderful couple.
I know it is weird but in the end, I did not care about the money plot or who is the mastermind. I was just interested in seeing our MLs interact and develop their relationship. It was like real life, with so much depth and a true male hero willing to do what it takes for his woman.
For me, they had already acted as a couple because they just belong to each other. The little details were important, the everyday activities, relying on each other, caring about the other, getting into fights and creating space for the other to show themselves.

I will miss them a lot.
