Does anyone remember the meaning behind the glowing butterflies/insects that appear on dramas?I swear in the past…
If it was a Hotel del Luna reference again then they were souls of people who chose to stay and guard their loved ones. In Alchemy of Souls Hyuk summoned fireflies to guide Naksu out of the dark forest. I didn't think it had any meaning before, just though the scene was romantic because of them.
Anyone noticed the main story arc is like the Chinese drama “Shining for One Thing”
Not really. The initial and main purpose of Sol is to save her sunshine Sunjae while BeiXing's was to get back with her fiancee which was derailed by her encounter with WanSen.
People should stop following "overrated" trend. Overrated means something that is rated too highly. And if a show…
This definitely isn't overrated. Sure, it still has scenes that I wish could have been better and scenes I could have done without, it uses tropes and tbh do-over plots have been used before but the Easter eggs, parallelism and amount of details in this shows how much the script has been reread and reworked. The subtle differences in portrayals for different ages shows that the actors studied their characters.
Yo, so I was rewatching and from the very beginning Taesung was able to see the difference between baby Sol and…
SJ did not really interact with teen Sol. Each time Sol returns to 2023, there's a reason for Sol to avoid him. After the first travel, teen Sol avoided him and called him a pervert which he accepted because of the pool kiss. After the 2nd travel, he was just rejected and thinks that's why Sol was avoiding him. But still in Ep9 when talking with IH, SJ kind of knew that Sol who fell from the statue was different from the Sol who ignored and avoided him.
Even if it goes downhill in the next episodes (which I hope it doesn't) I don't think I will ever hate LR. The emotional rollercoaster ride of the first 10 episodes was just too good. This might have included every tragedy there is: house fire, car crash, kidnapping, memory loss, cancer, ghost possession, etc. This also has the most iconic scenes, iconic lines and melty dialogues (which should have been cringe and cheesy but weren't) I've ever seen in a drama
What I enjoyed about the Episode 10 ending is that now we will never have another clueless Sun Jae. He won't be…
I think the 3rd time might be when he got attacked in the OG timeline (coz he definitely didn't commit suicide). The psycho might have went for Sol if he didn't saw Sunjae near Sol's house that night.
Although i have watch up to ep10, i feel ep8 is still the best...Ep8 - Inhyuk being their cupid, the revelation…
Ep8 is still best for me too. I can't forget their andwae-dwae dialogue. Their confessions and kiss there was so tension filled. Ep10 and Ep2 are close second and third faves
uwaaa they're so cute and the way he said that he would still sacrifice himself to save her because he wants to…
Now I'm feeling like he only became an idol after the 2nd time travel because of the 2009 accident, so that Sol don't see him in the university. He also knew exactly where Sol's house is when he run up the stairs to catch up with her (which ended with THE KISS) so I think he also checked on her from time to time.
I still want him to be in entertainment though. Maybe a soloist-songwriter-actor idol like IU.
OMG, I thought it was just similar but after rewatching Ep7 I've confirmed that it's the same truck in Ep10, plate 52-9409. The psycho is relentless 😡. Now I'm extra glad that SJ came back at the time he did or IS would have been kidnapped again 😱
I still am enjoying this show on the whole but this last episode (and this whole week really) felt so derivative…
I don't think she's acting like a teenager. This also seems to be her first relationship with someone she likes. After her accident, she didn't seem to have had a lovelife, her emotions was spent supporting SJ. The one with TS don't count coz she was just being considerate about teenage IS. Also, she went back so technically Ep7-8 didn't happen yet. I don't know how else you want her to save the ML, she can't say anything about the future so she can't really explain anything. Even when she told the truth that she's from 2023, they thought it was still a rejection strategy. Her saying she don't like him around her seemed like the only way to make him stay away from him. She didn't even actively sought out TS nor used him to make SJ jealous.
Does anyone else want a bittersweet ending? I want them to be happy of course, but it would feel more fitting…
There's already so many drama with bittersweet endings. I want a 'Marry my Husband' ending for LR. If she lose her legs again, it will be too heartbreaking. But I'm sure SJ will still need to wait for her because mature IS will eventually go back to 2023
I still want him to be in entertainment though. Maybe a soloist-songwriter-actor idol like IU.
